Ninja H2 SX SE Stock-2-Brock 240 HP Dyno Results, Review and Top Speed

- Brock and his team set out to create a Stock to Brock ‘sleeper’ out of the 2018 Ninja H2 SX /SE using all bolt-on components and tuned for pump gas using the Guhl Motors MorDEFY software (Beta). It turns out that Kawasaki’s supercharged, full fairing w/passenger seat, heated grips ‘gentleman’s ride’ makes for an excellent platform to produce a surprisingly smooth, quiet street ride… combined with amazing track-worthy performance on demand.
Beware #stupidfast performance enthusiasts… this IS your father’s Ninja H2 SX - at least in Low and Middle Power modes. In Full Power mode, the Stock-2-Brock Package turns the H2 SX into an entirely different beast! It’s considerably faster than most sportbikes on the road and capable of embarrassing many of today’s fastest supercars.
Brock can barely contain his giggles as he envisions a grey-bearded racer, sporting a Cheshire Cat grin, lurking behind that flip-up helmet, fanny pack, and florescent touring suit!
Check out Ninja H2 SX SE Stock-2-Brock 240 HP Dyno Results, Review and Top Speed and try not to chuckle along with Brock :)

I'm not down for that either!!!! Outstanding 🎥 Sir!
650ib hey!! 650, my favourite, down to earth rider. Love from India.
Yea this is crazy, I love the idea of a sports tourer with power and speed potential almost like a superbike.
I'm DOWN!! I'm old. That tune looks scary. :/
@@rehsa2194 almost...lol that has more power than pretty much all sport bikes very impressive for a touring bike.
@@rehsa2194 240hp is superior to a superbike, which come from factory normally 40hp short of to Brock numbers.
Job satisfaction written all over Brock's face...he just can't help but love what he does- and it shines thru...
And sport-touring was never the same....
No replay?
?
What would you like to know?
If there was ever an OMG moment this is one of them. Outstanding results you did well.
Lmao bad ass but no such thing as sleeper H2
Rashard Horne I agree
That's like me saying, "Oh yeah, I have a Sleeper Koenigsegg Regera".
Rashard Horne I think what they’re trying to say is that it’s a sleeper because it’s a sport touring model
That’s what I’m saying 😂
I agree,NO SUCH THING....lol...
I have to say, really nice work! And the honest interpretation of the results eliminates any doubt of deception. Keep up the performance.
Awesome. Love the dyno runs. Never stop doing what you do.
Good to see you finally caught up with the HP ...we’ve been blasting around on the sx se down under since August 2018 with this much and a bit more 😀
You guys also got some of the first shipments of those bikes in the world down there...
I also like your demeanor. Great delivery of the goods!
What an awesome time to live in! Amazing
@boostedh2, we are living the "good ole days" they will talk about in the future, right now. 😁
@@BrockDavidson lol yes indeed ;)
Its only awesome because you have an H2. 🙃
BOOSTEDH2 I say this all the time as well. We are living in the best of the best.
I remember back 1985 when the FZ & GSX-R came out that bikes has almost reached there potential in Hp. In my mid 50s I hope it never stops improving,
Great Job Brock and Don!!! I love the way she spits Flames!
Love it!! Nice work guys! :)
this bike is one hell of a humble monster
Awesome Brock’s love this bike!💚🤙
Incredible results! Makes me want to go out and buy one of these bikes!!!
meh, Great bike (i have it) but the results? not so much
@@JonTheChron what did your bike make
@@Da_Asshole bike was 168 stock, at this point I'm up to 235 ish, and hopefully 260-270 in a few weeks.
@@JonTheChron Is your H2SX still in one piece or did the cast pistons break at the ring lands as I've read more than once they do? H2s can hold much more power RELIABLY because they have FORGED pistons. Sometimes massive power comes at a massive cost.
Yessssss! This is what the SX needed!!
After watching this video, I watched some performance upgrades to V-twins. In a matter of seconds, the V-twins became boring. Great job on the SX!
That is absolutely awsome!
Brock, you are a madman 😂
Where is the love button? !
Typical Brock video and typical Brock Performance! Outstanding job!
I saw since few time yours video and like it so 1 more subscriber from France 🇫🇷✌🏼
Power Sprint Filters 🔥💪🏼
Holy hell. That is the definition of stupid fast. Well done.
Incredible HP increase, that is some flash you guys did
Brock is the Man! Awesome numbers!
You have Got to Love That!!! HOLY SMOKE!!!
Nice job Brock. Solid.
Brock, you the man!
This beast is chained out of the factory. This mod unchains it!!!!! What a brutal power!!!!!!
In one word : Awesome. 👍👍
it is great and interesting.
240hp with that condition. impressed.
Respect from Greece 🇬🇷
I have the same bike. Doing a custom exhaust (gen4 zx10r headers and gen5 zx10r yoshimura 3/4 alpha exhaust), sprint f1-85 filter, block off plates and custom tune with woolich. Working on it right now over the winter. Cant wait until the spring.
Snakes709 make sure you get that baseline ready for the inquisitions....😉😋
2-HYPR lol. Fuck that. As i mentioned on the forums, i dont care about the hp. I care about how the bike runs. If i cared about hp on a dyno as i did when i was younger, i would be tossing stage 3 gears in and a more aggressive tune.
Pure Madness on two wheels... 😍😍😍
Excellent Video! Finally a video with facts, not fluff! Great job?
That was a lot of fun to watch :-)
Thanks Sean! Means a bunch coming from you 😁
@@BrockDavidson You sir, are simply killing it.
Sean Alexander you know racers... Just love to win! 😜🤓
O my God man your awsome watching here the phillippines..kawazaki is the best..i wish i had 400..power Godbless bro

@@BrockDavidson yess boss count on me
Very impressive Brock geesh
Hidden beast.🔥
Holy smokes. Makes me want to get one hahaha thats truly badazz
This so awesome, been waiting for this. Can you make it a series like you did on the gixxer?
You just watched it ;) See our H2 page to see how we got to where we are on the SX so quickly: blog.brocksperformance.com/kawasaki-ninja-h2-15-16-information-page/
Insane!
And I used to think my 96 ZX11D with Muzzy Titanium full system with Carbon fiber canister rejetted with all the good stuff made a bunch of horsepower! Damn what a difference today compared to back in the late nineties. And It was one of the faster bikes on the street back then. I really want an SX SE really really bad! Kawasaki and Brock's let the good times roll baby!
It's scary how fast these bikes will go with simple bolt-on mods: blog.brocksperformance.com/sport-rider-cover-story-ninja-h2-goes-226-9-mph-with-bolt-on-mods/ and they live forever with basic maintenance.
Yup, Sold. On the bike and this man's products lol.
U Da Man BROCK!!!
Favorite exhausts for kawis
insane! well done!
Wow wow wow all I can say to that , hat off to you, Love your Passion
Road test, please! Good job!
Fantastic. 💪👍
So I may buy the one sitting there. Need you next.
Man...!!! Bikes are wild these days...
Killing it again Brock. Can't wait to see what else is in store. P.S. you're at work, quite having so much damn fun. 😄
crazy!! goes to show how well engineered Kawasakis are. Sad that they have to be so highly restricted. I assume a 2019 H2 would make even more power with the same setup.
My 2020 H2 is 231bhp with just a full vandemon exhaust sprint P-08 air filter. No tune no flash totally stock other than that
At 55 even I giggled. Yummy power for a geezer😂
I'm very soon to be 65 (in less than a month), still love to go very-stupid fast, especially when drag racing at my local strip, and still don't consider myself an "old geezer"! You're as old as you feel (and act).
Looks super cool brothers, do you have anything for MV F3800 ....2015?
That glimpse of Gixxzilla in the back 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
She's on deck.
@@BrockDavidson we been waiting patiently. I never imagined it would take this long for y'all to do everything to it.
@@TEAMWRIGHTEOUS it doesn't.... things like this get in the way: blog.brocksperformance.com/brocks-performance-distributor-termignoni-motorcycle-exhaust-systems/
I bought this bike from Andrew in 2020 and believe me it's every bit as fun as it looks. I took the Brock's slip-on off and put a small can on just to get the sound I wanted, but other than that it's the same fast and fun bike seen in this video.
@Paul V - I wondered where it went :)
So what was the top speed? Amazing job btw Brock👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 hopefully in some few years you'll mod my H2 when I go to America😁 here in the UK we have up to 99 Octane fuel so I'm sure it might be capable of 270-280hp🤯
Wow.. awesome
greetings from Greece bro!
Hello!
You look like anton lavey, but instead of looking to dominate man, you torment bikes. Its great! Lifetime customer here! P.S. Im the grey haired dude you describe!!!!
no longer wondering which will be my next sport-tourer! and who to call...
I need that too😱
Nice!!!! I love old man bikes turn sleeper. I myself have one, Supercharged FZ1. I've been debating about the H2 SX. Was really hoping to see people de-restrict it and take that 13% throttle out of the ECU after 10k rpm. Funny thing is research says the stage 1,2 & 3 hears fit in these;)
Hope to see more of this bike Brock!!
Green Guy - the gears should fit, but beware of the SX's much higher compression ratio when applying more boost.
@@BrockDavidson just an idea but the higher compression has been noted. If it were to come to that a cometic head gasket and possibly some higher octane gas or richening would be imposed.
@@BrockDavidson maybe even a water/meth system hidden. In the saddle bag haha.
@green Guy - Nitrous does a good job of intercooling. A 2 lb. bottle fits well in the hard bags - I checked ;)
@@BrockDavidson that's awesome. You know atleast one person will do it. Will we see more of this bike and upgrades?
Maybe my next ride... Brock's makeing it hard to resist. 240hp & room for the wife. sounds WONDERFUL.
I almost bought the SXSE..ended up with a StreetGlide. I will always regret it a bit, but my wife and I get a lot of Good riding time on the Glide.
My wife won't ride with me on any of my sportbikes (they scare her for some reason ;) but she loves my Road Glide.
But how did you get by the rev restriction? My h2 locks up the back tire in higher when you stop accelerating. It won't let you stay at high revs because emissions are bad so the h2 sx should do the same thing.
finally good starter bike
Bad ass Brock. ;)
You have reach over 3000rpm on the last gear, Hell Yeah!!
Any long term assessment for reliability with these bikes unlock in this manner?
As an owner of a tuned h2sx, this is true.
Huge noob here but could this engine be applied to a car platform (and if it could what would it be like)? Thx!
What happened to gixzilla has it made some passes at the strip?? Was it up to par with the s1000rr?
To bad they don't make a zx14R supercharged
The engines are completely diffrent architecture but would be cool. If you had the balls to ride it!
I would like to see a smallar superchatged H2 and call it a H1 like the original mach III H1 and H2
@@johnmeurer4780 I'd least try to lol
I suppose that would add up another more than 100 ponies to zx14.
Btw.I have 4th ZZR1400 ( Euro) and I would not swap it to H2 SX.It seems to be too short for tourer bike for two people to travel comfortably.
Once I sat on H2 SX it was not comfy at all.
It may hurt someone's feelings but turning a supoer sport bike to tourer while keeping same gas tank , same frame and changing handle bars?Z 1000 SX would be a better choice as it was designed for sport touring.
Do not get me wrong. This bike looks great and Kawasaki achieved its excellence with H2 and H2R.It is just another type of beast.
@@wowerman I have a z1000sx and this will be my next bike 😁
Thinking my 08 Busa is going on the back burner 😎
Love your vids can you make the under dog cbr 1k fast.
Fast-er ;)
Sick , Outstanding ! So can I see this bike on a 1/4 mile track ?
I'm sure you will see them at your local tracks.
The perfect cannonball bike
Love the video have you plans to remove the stock header and see what different can be made there
Yes-A full race system for the SX/SE is in process.
@@BrockDavidson I think the weight loss (de-cat, lighter materials and smaller can) would benefit the bike even more than gaining a few extra ponies... but that's not so easy to show on a dyno; when you do get that done, a real-life handling test (flicking the bike, but also braking distance comparison) would be very interesting to see...
Awesome Brock! How are you coming along with the full Alien Head system and when will we see that video? Especially since the stock header has a cat and servos.
Full system is in process. Our initial findings point to the SX making more power than an H2, set up apples to apples.
Very Impressive!
How much more will a full exhaust give it?
What about the new z900? I know you did the RS version but anything for the non RS, which had a few more ponies from the factory?
Good job on the SE.
@blipco5 - we do not offer performance products for the Z900. Please go here to help our engineering team understand your needs: blog.brocksperformance.com/product-request/
Lots of people will by ZH2 now just because of the potential of 240 HP at the wheels. And the Z is 50 lbs lighter than the SX. Definitely stupidfast !
Wow that increase is insane I’m going to have to do this to mine soon!
wonder what GSX-S1000F made on his dyno.. thats starts only 23hp more than my bike. weights 40lbs more but is like twice as fast lol.. I need a H2 SX but im have to get use to the power before i send it to brock.. Should prob send my GSX-S to brock though
Hoping these same results can be had for the new 2020 Z H2. If so, I'm SO there! Just what I'm looking for after I take possession of the bike this Spring.
All of our H2-related results have been impressive and we don't expect this to change...but who knows with Euro 5 compliance mandatory for all new 2020 models.
@@BrockDavidson Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I'll be watching your sites for updates on this new H2 variant . I'm only about 77 miles away from Don Guhl's shop here in PA. Don't know if he will be providing all services I'll need to get my bike set up properly and at that 240 hp level ( of course with one of your slip-ons), I hope so. Love the look of the slip-on installed on the SX SE model. I'm just 1 mile north of Northeast Philadelphia and didn't calculate how far your place is from me but no doubt it would take "just a bit longer" to get there ! If need be it's doable as I'm retired and have the time, I'll use my open trailer to do so.

Hello. Greetings from India. I need this map and full system Exhaust for my H2 Sx 2020. Kindly help me regarding this. Thanks
SUPER GEEZER BIKE LOL
ADD RICKY'S SUPER CHARGER RE-GEAR AND REALLY WAKE IT UP
AWESOME JOB
haha that is sick Kawasaki Power
Hey brock I just bought a 21 sx se plus and a full brocks exhaust . But when purchasing I did not see any ecu flash options for my year h2
We don't offer the 21 SX/SE yet.
I wonder Mr. Brock Davison what kind of numbers would I see if you do the whole job for my 2018 BMW S1000RR? Thank you
Robert L. Merida around 200-205 to the rear wheel
And that just answered most of my questions lol
So would you be able to drive it on road track? Or would you have a wheelie problem lol and can you do 2022 ecu yet? Exhaust and filter. I’m giggling right now because it’s so awesome:)
It's a kitten to simply ride around.... it's once you get hard on the gas that gets exciting.
2022 Flash is in process, shouldn't be much longer.
Will h2 slash cut full system fit the sx and when sending your ecu what info do you need when contacting your company ?
@tracy. No The H2 full system will not fit. The ECU page in our store tells you everything you need to do: brocksperformance.com/brockflash-ecu-stage-1-f-with-fuel-tune-ninja-h2-sx-se-2018-must-send-us-your-ecu/
As per the usual Brock’s knows best
Emissions are handcuffing anything fun anymore
K8 GSXR 600 2010 do you have them carbon fibre wheels for sale if so do you ship to Ireland could you put a link in the description for your store thank you love the videos
Yes, we ship to Ireland. The wheels are in our store : brocksperformance.com/bst-front-wheel-3-5-x-17-for-suzuki-gsx-r600-750-11-18/
WOW!!!!
Now its the super cruiser. I always enjoy seeing a bike be allowed to run derestricted. Do you think you have tanked the fuel economy down in the cruising rpms?
LouCFur90 - Not really. Most of our major fuel changes are at higher throttle openings to prevent the bike from losing mileage at typical cruising speeds. That said, we disable the Factory o2 sensor, so there could be a small change vs. the OEM lean settings.
