The series is NOT called, How to win EVERY game," not even a GM would guarantee THAT. And besides, you learn more when you LOOSE then when you WIN. Course then you know you have to evolve.

I dont understand why some players are so stressed, even on CLASSICAL games online I get "please MOVE" even after thinking a MINUTE.
You play 90 minute games against randoms?

I really enjoyed this episode. The first 1300 was very good. The final game was thrilling with Levy cracking under pressure.
TBH I love this series....literally rewatch this series all the time and e4 or d4 openings and its so good.

I have a lot of the courses and they really helped me improve. Openings are my favorite part of chess learning. I like this series because you show how to play the opening well into the middle game and end game while explaining the long term goals of the opening.

Thanks for bringing these back, Levy. I know it's a long shot you'll see this but your win at chess series has always been my favorite, just hits for me in every way since you're playing games but the whole setup is based around showing thought process
This series is very insightful I watched this video and immediately started a rapid match to improve my elo. I was very excited to show my new powers then ended up losing twice in a row.
Love the explanation of the dark square bishop trade in the position in the second game. Great way to explain the why behind the sequence.
I've been truly enjoying your content. I started getting serious about chess in January 2024 and I watch your videos everyday. I am a owner of your book as well as your E4 course. I also just used your "spring" discount to buy your beginner course. I may never be a great chess player, but I am convinced I can be a good chess player. Keep doing you. If you choose to pursue the GM title hopefully we can support you on that journey.

It's anecdotical but I think you are right levy, I am 1400 and whenever my opponent pushes the a and b pawn they usually kick my knight after I respond with a4
Really enjoying the return to this series! I think it'd be cool if you added an eye tracker so we can see where on the screen your eyes go as you calculate and decide on your moves

Awsome video. It great at being instructive when u mess up and what not to do to turn a good piece into garbage in that 2000 lvl game. That rook that was trapped was worth like 2 maybe 3 points. Black may have even been able to draw that game. Good you levy

I want to say, thank you for making me, a beginner, not feel like a complete idiot while playing and learning chess. I watched about 4 hours of your content before trying chess for the first time since I was a child last week. And I came into that game too confident. I thought since I have been studying I was in a better odds. I lost my first match and immediately got humbled.
I've gotten a little bit better since last week and won several matches. But again, I want to say thank you for not making me feel like an idiot while learning.

Levy, I think what this series lacks is Twitch chat. Your first 7 or 8 episodes of htwac (and other series like 1.e4/1.d4) had that comic relief from the chat, while providing instructional information, combining teaching with joy. That’s what keeps people on the screens, increasing watch time. The energy in those vids is top-notch - no mumbling around when waiting for your opponents to move, there is always a topic to discuss, and chat never fails to generate something random, which .is. entertaining. I hope this catches your eye, as I don’t want this series to be gone again due to communities inactivity

41:43 there was another idea: push e pawn and if queen takes, you could have brilliant bishop discovery check on a2
