I just loved how Altaïr used his fists and feet more while countering
Very resourceful and effective
You know.. one thing that I see everyone miss in AC1 by showcasing it´s combat system, is that you can fight with the hidden blade. You cannot block attacks as you would with the sword or the dagger but you can counter in a very brutal fashion, you just have to counter very late, otherwise you´l get hit. I hope someone showcases this to give the first game more justice - it´s the third weapon in the arsenal anyway! Also, the few counters where you stun the enemy and he falls on his back after a pause/delay, DURING that pause keep clicking attack and you´ll finish him with a brutal stab either to the skull or gut.
I just love those Hidden Blade counters. Also, it's sad how Combo Kill was removed from AC2 onwards
After a hidden blade counter, one enemy in the group will always stagger. Unlock, track him down, and assassinate him for a free kill. This can be chained until the entire group flees. Taunts can also be used to set up combat assassinations
I always used hidden blade countering because it always instant killed
0:40 smooth man. AC1 had some good movement and combat animations that can be reused in newer games.
That's reminded me his memories in AC: Revelations, where he escaped from Masyaf with his son Darim

@@mohammedshoaib3495 I'd suggest you to play the whole Ezio trilogy. AC2, Brotherhood and Revelations. These games are one of the best in the franchise
Could you imagine if they remade this game with a few more fighting and assassination moves maybe some other swords plus the crossbow he originally meant to have 😍
I think the crossbow was removed because they realized is was historically inaccurate

@@DungNguyen-fk4bc crossbow had been forbidden by the Church with the Second Council of Lateran in 1139 for Christians to kill Christians. But it was allowed to use it against non Christians like Muslims for example in the Crusades, Muslims used it for hunting but I'm not sure for war.

Finally, some good Ac 1 gameplay
One thing I love about this game is that when he fought with his sword it would kill the in about 2 hits. Now adays you have to spam to kill someone with the sword. As if you were fighting them with a stick
This combat system was the best in the series, at least for me. The fights were not tedious and presented actual challenges. I really hated when the “insta kill system” was implemented in brotherhood.

I really enjoyed Ac 1 combat I love how the guards would try to grab you and throw you to the ground or parry your attacks and knock you down it added a challenge

Whats up with the continuity error of the masyaf assassin robes in ac revelations? They are supossed to have different robes depending on rank.
some have blue robes and hood, some have white and brown robes and hood etc, but in revelations they all wear white robes with a short hood similar to altair.

And I have a doubt when I got to.train and practice that time complted all the practice and went to explore and got a horse and went outside the city and when I returned they didnt allow me in the castle it said can't memorice does that mean now I have to live in the other city far call Ca something there was no missions there pls help me what to do
I guess that means that you have to finish a designated task in the city before you are able to go back to base.

Dang bruh they really need to remake this game but with improved combat, more weapons and missions, more tools, and better graphics, ac unity stealth and movement. Seriously the Altair and ezio games were Ubisofts best games but they of course won’t give us what we want and remake them.

@@parasthesia1 I think you're right because there are already some mods out there which are intended give it a visual makeover.
They'd need to create a full blown brand new remake if they want to impress people. Which I think would impress people and make them a lot of money as well.

I can’t wait for Valhalla to fail, which it will when it’s releasing in a month with COD, Cyberpunk and new gen consoles, so Ubisoft can return AC to its roots and make it great again.
They should have mixed all previous games systems instead of making them an rpg tbh.
