Excellent recipe, the top part doesn't fit the same on me, is it because I'm using a plastic strainer for the flour or because it could be?😔😢

Hey! Thanks for trying the recipe. I am not exactly sure what you mean but it is definitely not because of plastic strainer.
These may not rise properly if flour isn't measured properly or baking powder getting old. I hope this helped.
