Hello Chef. Can I use these ingredients in making a banana cake?
Be careful not to over mix that batter guys. The texture ends up being weird. I know she suggests using a hand mixer but I would suggest going by hand ..... this is a great recipe but it's so easy to over mix and get a spongy texture rather than fluffy
Did it and it came out very spongy and raw. I think I over mixed how do you know when to stop mixing?
@ahmdalharbi5199 so what I've learned is that a few lumps are okay yu want to gently fold or mix just until you stop seeing dry flour or other ingredients. Once it all appears to be a batter if that makes sense yu Wana stop mixing. Trust me I suck at baking and that's happened so many times lol but this recipe is great if you can manage to just mix until combined I would not use a hand mixer definitely fold or gently mix by hand until the flour is gone into the batter. Hope this helps ❤️

Hmm that's a great question. I am not too sure how the texture would change if you were to use oat flour instead since I have never used it in baking before.

Hi, you can use equal amounts of swerve or monk fruit sweetener.
Most people say do not fill to the brim but I notice you filled yours to the top, did it not overflow?

Maybe use maple extract rather than vanilla extract?

Hi Isaabel, that's a great question. I have actually never tried putting this batter into a loaf pan. Therefore I am not too sure if the batter will be too much and overflow while baking. I will definitely need to test this out first.

Why when I made my chocolate chip muffin the chocolate didn't melt at all I used recess chocolate chip
Hmm that interesting. It might have something to do with the type of chocolate you used. There is a chance that there was a low percent of cocoa butter in your chocolate chips which prevented it from melting too much.

I have tried to find out what 3/4 cup of butter is in grams. Each conversion table differs widely. It goes from 170g to 345g which is more than double the weight. What a ridiculous way to cook. Butter should be weighed on a scale which is correct everytime.
gotta love the "cup" measurements haha , just an american thing to not just use a "xx gramm" like a normal human does
Most of my viewers are from America so I use AMERICAN measurements. It only makes sense to tend to my audience. I do agree that metric is better, but in this case, this is what my viewers prefer.
