I am baking these beautiful muffins for more than 20 years

- Ingredients:
1 Cup (200 gr) sugar
3/4 Cup (180 ml) sunflower oil
3 Large eggs
1/4 tsp Vanilla powder
2 tbsp (24 gr) Sugar + 2 tbsp (30 ml) Water
2 1/2 Cup (300 gr) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp (6 gr) Baking powder
5/6 Cup (200 ml) milk
1 Cup (150 gr) walnut and raisin
1 tbsp (8 gr) flour (for mixing nuts)
450° F (230 C°) for 20 min after that reduce the temperature
to 350° F (175° C) without open the door for another 15 min
you will have
9 large cupcakes
