This is a recipe for a delicious persimmon cheesecake for you to enjoy. ♥️
🔹ingredients:
🔹For the cheesecake:
9.2 oz./ 260 g cream cheese at room temperature
1.4 oz./ 40 g/ 3 tbsp. sugar
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
2 tbsp. persimmon puree
6.4 oz./180 g/ 3/4 cup half and half
0.5 oz./ 15 g/ 2 tbsp. corn starch
Some persimmon chopped
6 inch/ 15 cm cake mold
Bake at 425°F (220° C) preheated oven for 25 min
🔹For the persimmon gel:
0.35 oz./ 10 g clear gel
1 oz./ 30 g/ 2 tbsp. cold water
0.2 oz./ 5 g/ 1 tsp sugar
4.2 oz./ 120 g/ 1/2 cup persimmon puree
🔹For the cream:
2.8 oz./ 80 g/ 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
0.2 oz./ 5 g/ 1 tsp sugar
