Well, you wouldn't be able to smell chemicals or other things you might want to be aware of. You couldn't smell rain coming, you might have less of an appetite until you see or taste the food, you wouldn't be able to taste as much, you wouldn't be able to smell something near by, you might be unaware that you are inhaling toxic compounds in the air because you can't smell them, etc.

I would be really happy if someone helped me. Is kefir or yogurt bave the same traits as milk? I mean , do they also have high calcium and cholesterol?
This was me until I started getting diarrhea and stomach pains every time I drank it, although I've always had those symptoms when I drink flavoured milk (mostly 99% brands of coffee, chocolate and strawberry, coffee the worst) so yeah, if it possible I have an allergy?

I recall from chemistry that the "pure h2o" would draw minerals from your body. And that's bad for you

@@chivasroco1752 exactly. We get most of our minerals from water. Only drinking pure H2O eventually lowers the concentration of minerals. Imagine having colored water in a bowl and you start adding normal water without color. When the bowl is full, you 'pee' aka. You empty it a bit. Repeat and eventually you will have clear water. Boom, you washed out all the color/minerals

is eating lage bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with honey and bananas and then tuna like a whole can of tuna with sunflower oil and brown break or sometimes 2 boiled or scrammbled eggs and yogurt for dinner coz im not that hungry but then i love to snack so then i eat fruits like banana again and then apple then i love milk so i drink 1 litre of milk a day is that enough for food for a 14 year old or is it too little ?? oh and sometimes i snack on almonds too between breakfast actually not sometimes ...everytime.....is it too little food?? for me
