Thank you for your comment. I completely agree with you about old Zimmer's soundtracks. I would add to this list Rain Man, The Rock, Backdraft, Days of Thunder, K2. Kingdom of Heaven ( thank you for reminding me this movie ) is a beautiful soundtrack but is composed by Harry Gregson-Williams. I seem to remember the early releases of those films credited him... or is that a Mandela effect? Didn't he do Thelma and Louise?? Hannibal and Kingdom of Heaven both have Vide Cor Meum in them, which is one of my favourite pieces of all time, though I know Hans didn't write it! Apparently, there is an opera coming out based around that piece called Dante.

I remember reading somewhere that Clive Owen had never been on a horse before this movie. He & all the other knights seemed so comfortable and at one with their horses that I was shocked to read this.
