I had a motorcycle incident 4 months ago did a month and a half of pT I was about 90 percent and the PT Decided to do a assessment to release me and injured me. Or as they put in reanimated it. I do have anxiety and it’s at an all time high now . I know you also talk about the psychological aspect of pain as well. I’m glad I found your channel and signed up for your free seven day course.

Glad to have you in the course! As long as the acute injury healed then yes, I think the psychological aspect is incredibly important. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing! Walking upstairs is not an issue for me, walking is.
I've started the hip exercises on your happy hips program! ;)
    Happy long weekend!

Thanks for your videos. I need a foot surgery and I have a severe hip labral rear with moderate arthritis. Foot and hip pain are getting worse. It seems like I should do the foot first, but being NWB on a scooter could really tax my hip. I’ll be using my body weight on bad hip side to propel my body on the scooter. Im getting quite stressed about this. Any advice?

What if you can’t raise your leg enough to grab it for the ankle circles because of the hip pain?

I recommend doing 2 things. First, don’t bring your knee as high up. This will reduce the amount of hip flexion you’re in and should make it much easier.
Second, do the supine hip flexor lifts before the ankle circles (the exercise with the strap). That will warm up those muscles a bit and should make it more comfortable when you do the ankle circles.
      Good luck!

I’m not able to get all my spine flat on the wall, is that ok?
