    Assalam 'o' Alaykum everyone and happy Sunday!
    I recently made a poll here on CZcams asking you what you would like to see more in my next videos. And most of you have been asking for a quick healthy snack recipe. So, I came up with something easy, not to oily, healthy recipe. I made this flaky and crisp samosa, baked rather than deep-fried for a healthy, light result.
    You can serve these samosas hot from the oven with any of your favourite chutneys.
    I severed mine with my homemade Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce but it will also taste really amazing with Mango Chutney or Pineapple Chutney.

    I made these today with quorn mince instead of chicken as we're vegetarian and I also added mango powder (amchoor) and they turned out AMAZING ! Definitely going to make them again!

    why would you miss out the most important bit (to me anyway) what you use to seal them with

      😂 She just pressed the edges together and brushed with oil. They don't need a seal as the filling is totally enclosed by the multiple times she folded.
