- Today Uncle Stonnie is back with a Goldendoodle update! In this video Stonnie demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach to helping Goldendoodles overcome fear & aggression issues.
Although Stonnie is demonstrating with this cute Goldendoodle puppy, Ruby, the same basic advice holds true for most breeds and types.

Stonnie, thanks for the updates. I used your tactics for fearful dogs and gun shy dogs to get my rescue dog out hunting. She's an English Pointer that was given up for adoption because she was gun shy. Thanks for your contributions, whether you knew or not.

I just recently found your videos. I've been training dogs since I was 20. I'm 65 now and thought I'd retire and just recommend people learn via CZcams.
I was absolutely flabbergasted by how many trainer wannabees have flooded the internet. There is you and one other guy who actually have a deep, grounded knowledge of dogs, dog breed characteristics, and training.
So I've dragged my old butt out of retirement in an effort to save dogs ending up in the shelters by all the no force ever ever ever trainers who's advice for owners of dogs who can't be trained that way is, "don't get that kind of dog".... which to me translates to, "oh THAT'S why those kill shelters are overflowing. "
Then they blame shelters being full on breeders instead of trainers.
Lol what a rant, huh? Anyway YOU'RE THE REAL DEAL.

Stonnie, I adopted a Cane Corso/Lab square headed dog from the Humane society. I put him on the Bum system. It worked amazingly.

I would like to see the owner do the course with all the dogs running around. My dog is fearful with other animals near it. I know the fear is generated from my own tension. If the owner can do the course with all the other dogs doing the exercises, it will help both the owner learn to relax when her dog is around other animals.

Hello Mr Dennis, me and my just made one year old puppies where attacked by two pit bulls. My chocolate lab died(the sweetest girl in the world) and my cattle dog made it but she was badly mauled. She is super nervous now. She basically lost her sister her partner her best friend. How should I go about helping her back into everyday life again? Please help. God bless you thanks.
Where is the basset hound?
I sure would like a little advice. Looking at getting a lab pup. We have a year old hard charging terrier that needs a buddy. We have access to a nice litter of black labs pups. It’s my understanding that it would be good not to get the same gender, but the breeder thinks my terrier needs a male to balance his strong personality. Now I don’t know what to think. What’s your opinion of same gender households?

You would never pass the screening phase; it’s easy to pick out the type of people who will fail to follow through and then attempt to externalize their failure.

Horrible breeder if a golden retriever/poodle mix was a nut. So many bad backyard breeders out there.
