    Hi, I watched your video days ago, but I have been meaning to respond. Lol, I can be really bad with pushing things off. When on vacation, you should enjoy yourself. I think most us, me for sure, I didnt gain the weight I did, because I had an occasional treat meal during a vacation or a special occasion, it was having way too much unhealthy stuff all the time. What I have been trying to figure out is a balance and how to enjoy those things in moderation. I have been stuck on my diet for a while. I was doing so well with going to the gym, but my kids are all home for the summer and my boyfriend lost his job, so with me working again, kids homes, plus my schoolwork, I have not been able to make it to the gym, I really want to get back to going to the gym. I keep on overeating and saying I will get back to tracking the next day, I do for a day or so, and then overeat again, and then repeat. I really need to restart. I want to get back to losing, I have been stuck for atleast a month-month and a half staying in a very similar place, around 193-195. I would really like to start going down again and get to the 180s. I am glad you are going back down again, and I am sorry you don't feel well. I think once you get used to commenting with positive things such as you are doing great at going the gym and losing weight, you think its expected for you to continue to do well, and I think that is why it took me so long to sit down and do this comment, because I am not doing so well. I can push things off for a long time lol I can't wait to continue to follow your journey and to share mine with you. Feel better, I can't wait to see your next weeks video.

      I'm so sorry that you're going though these struggles right now, I know how much you've enjoyed your gym time. I hope your boyfriend is able to find a job you're able to get back to it soon. I hope you at least enjoy your work 😊
      Congratulations on still being able to stay under 200, that's still quite an achievement!!
      Thank you for the encouragement!! I need to keep in mind how different summer is, how hard it is to stick to a schedule and how frequently I am away from home and my routine ❀

      @TheGoodMidlifeCrisis you're welcome. I think we all have our ups and downs and difficulties keeping to a routine. weight loss is hard and not a straightforward journey down. I think as long as we don't give up, we can resch our goals eventually.

      Thanks!! I've always been fortunate and tan easily...on the top. My legs go from paper white to lobster red and then back again 😂 My legs got all of the Welsh and Irish of my heritage, I guess🐉🍀
