overspent august next week, would've maybe been when you've moved money out, if you have money in the category and its in the available and for example in current month august and then assigned is zero in August - flip back to July and take the money out when you are in August - so the assigned column is 0 Zero and doesnt have the minus (-- amount) is this makes any sense. so currently when you moved into July you needed to flip back to June and remove the money then flip back to July - so you dont have minus (--) in the July assigned column

I just got back from a vacation to the Caribbean where we ate and ate and ate and somehow I'm down half a pound. Almost down my first 10lbs 🎆 I'm assuming it was all the sweat 😅

I’ve been tracking calories on mfp everyday since May 1st and so far I’m down about 13lbs. I am getting close to being under 200 for the first time in a loooong time (weighed in at 202 this morning) and I’m nervous bc this is usually where I self-sabotage for getting so close and just give up. But this is the longest mfp streak I’ve ever had so hopefully I can continue! I’m glad you guys were able to find a hotel during the hurricane and that New Orleans was fun! You did great on your vacation! I can definitely not say the same lol I came back from a trip last month many lbs heavier 😂

I haven't made it back to the gym, but today is my second day of tracking my food again and staying under my calories. I weighed in the other day, and I was up, but I think I can stop it before it continues to back up. I was in 198 and was 195 before. I am going to take it one day at a time. I am glad your weigh-in went great. Sorry about the hotel experience, but I am glad you had a great time in New Orleans.

Happy birthday. I have never been to New Orleans, but it sounds exciting. I hope you have a great time. It's awesome that you are still going down.
