Funny how cash affects people differently. I find I hold onto cash so much better then “invisible” $$ from swiping the bank card
I know! I have this thought when I watch cash budgeters. I want so badly to use cash but my brain just doesn't compute that it's real. I know that's not the "normal" think in the budgeting world but, for me, seeing the bank balance go down is the thing that feels dangerous, cash is just for spending. 😂🤷♀️
Becky, I think to a certain degree anything that supports your channel, should still be purchased. All of that is a write-off if you make sure you make more than you expense. Can't you meal prep and go out to eat once a month, including ecclesial? The kids will be there anyway, and you'll need your full groceries. $240 a month for dining out could be leveraged a lot more than your budgeting expenses. Even if you cut that in half, you'd have a nice chunk towards the cruise. And if you take $10 a week off coffee, that would be another $40/$50 a month. Lots of margin.

Ahh! I just realized that I never actually responded to this comment! I'm so sorry! I think I found a good compromise this month with some washi stickers and then the random other stickers that I found at Wal Mart. I may go back to the ones from Life In Envelopes eventually but, for now I'm going to try this out 😊
I know we already talked about the dining out but, in case someone sees this comment but didn't hear my response in the other video, for me the dining out is kind of an outlet since I work at home so I want to make sure to fund it if possible, even if I don't use it, to make sure it's available if I need it. I love the ideas though, thank you so much for always looking out ❤️
