    I never feel quite as understood as I do when you two compare F1 to 1D 🙏
    Also just FYI Ferrari changed something on Charles brakes before the race, and clearly didn’t fix it correctly. The onboard was quite scary, and from the race radios it was shocking they didn’t have to retire the car.

    For Charles Leclerc, of the 23 poles and 5 wins, 4 wins have resulted from pole position. Two in 2019 and two in 2022. Great pod btw!

      He wasn't - he said if he was told to do that he would have! Also it was too late Max had crossed the finish line, also no point since points weren't involved. If Yuki had let him passed when first asked he most likely would've got Mag and close to Zhou at least

    love what you had to say about the horner situation and wholeheartedly agree. however Charles's problem that he had... he was losing 0.6 seconds on every lap in the first half of the race because of the imbalance on the breaks and the lockups that were happening. then he turned it around to get the fastest laps of the field on hards and somehow keep 4th. most would've probably dnfed. though i know he can have his off days, Saturday was not one of them

    Seriously thought Yuki was gonna pull some Days of Thunder shit, like that scene where Cole Trickle crashed into his teammate after the race. 💀
    I think once he cools off he will realize that he was in fact being a helmet. 😭Sure, the team didn't do him any favours but that isn't Daniel's fault. Lot of races to go and I'm sure the situation between them will be reversed and Daniel will have to let Yuki past to help the team.

    Charles had brake issues all through out the race. The imbalance was at a 100 degree. So its not about him not being there and Carlos being better(he's great don't get me wrong). If anything getting P4 in those conditions is phenomenal.

    I can fully understand Yuki complaining over the boardradio. In the heat of moment and especially Yuki feeling the pressure to be the best and fastest because he knows his seat is not safe. But what I don't get is after they finished almost "divebombing" into RIc, that's Immature and stupid, because It's not even Daniels call. If he does not agree he should go complain to Laurant after the race.

    This is the first place I've heard anyone say that the person making the allegations doesn't need to be identified for trying to bring down Christian Horner and the Red Bull team that he built. We've lost all vestiges of what actual justice looks like. Nobody should be able to launch witch hunts anonymously. Nothing that has been alleged is important enough to remove a man who built a championship F1 team. The people who want him removed want Red Bull to stop winning, and the people who want him to keep his job want Red Bull to keep winning. Says it all about the archduke who is gunning for him. What is the supposed terrible message? This possibly-authentic correspondence suggests that the woman got involved with a married and powerful man at work because she wanted to. Eventually she soured on the relationship, perhaps following him saying he wasn't leaving his wife and children. He kept texting until she made it clear that she wanted him to stop. So he apologized and stopped. You want to kick the man out of his job that he is the best at in the world. The world that can carry useless people will quickly cease to exist if we keep eliminating everyone who is competent at their jobs for the feelings of arrested-development children.

    What happened to innocent until proven guilty? I think this is a relationship that has gone wrong and it is embarrassing that redbull has let Christian Horner and Jos Verstappen drag the name of a prestigious company to the drain. There is no sexual harassment involved here... two men fighting for a woman is the most primitive form of human behaviour. I just got turned off by your analysis because it is just not true and is based on assumptions

    • @dutchbicyclerides-ss1ko
      @dutchbicyclerides-ss1ko Před 5 měsíci +1

      I am bothered about something else really. The fact that they have to be more 'open' no they don't. The one who complaint has a right to appeal and still a legal path if wanted Redbull can't stop that. They got a complaint looked into it and decided for redbull it was not grounded or of a level they feel action needed to be taken they have no responsibility to others who want to know more 'just because'. What if one of you where accused of something and lets assume you are in the right is it ok if we publish all you do in private in the logic 'if you don't do anything you have nothing to hide and have to be transparent'. I think it's fantastic that these things are now looked into and part of a new culture of not just accepting but be careful you don't create a world you also don't want to be in where someone can be canceled never to be seen again based on possible bad actors.

      @@dutchbicyclerides-ss1koI really encourage you to consider your side on this. Given that Horner is in the highest position at one of the most important teams in the sport, he has a platform and a responsibility to uphold a high standard of ethics bc he not only represents Red Bull but he represents F1 too. He’s not like you or me. So yes, there should be transparency and accountability for his actions. And we, as spectators, should be allowed evidence that he is upholding those standards in the very important position he’s in. It’s not “just because” lol

    • @nicolebayless
      @nicolebayless Před 5 měsíci +2

      I think it’s just the lack of transparency overall. There’s really no explanation of how they reached their conclusion and were left with little understanding of the inciting incident. Someone was made uncomfortable and rather than anyone taking responsibility, it’s just….”dismissed” ? That doesn’t really seem sensible.

    • @dutchbicyclerides-ss1ko
      @dutchbicyclerides-ss1ko Před 5 měsíci

      @@nicolebayless how do you know it was just dismissed? and why do they have to be transparent to people on youtube ? do you have to be transparent if someone makes claims about you to the whole world ? instead of in this case his boss and/or a legal claim ? seems its not our place to demand anything the victim if real has a way to appeal and or go the legal route as it should be. I often wondered about conflict between my parents but somehow claims of being transparent didn't unlock juicy stories.
