      We’re great times, especially when we had nearly half the English squad in our top 11 . Gary Steven at right back, unbelievable player, Stuart Munro at left back/ then David Robertson imo thee best full back in Europe when he was at the mighty Glasgow Rangers 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧👍👌

    I am so glad I was there, that Gazza happened in my time 😲 oh what. "That team", it was a massive privilege to watch that team every week. Us as Rangers supporters were all privileged but so was our opponents, even though they'd never admit it. Am amazed we never won a European Cup wi that team, we should've, we were that good!       I mean, come on now. Calm down.
      We had two good players, Gascoigne and Laudrup. You could possibly include Goram in there too. We weren’t close to being European Cup contenders. We got thrashed regularly by the likes of Ajax, Dortmund and Juventus, who had whole squads full of players of that quality.

      Front 3? Do you know how football formations work? They wouldn’t be a front three at all.
      Also, McCoist was never in the same league as the other two. Even at his best. And certainly not at the time when Gascoigne and Laudrup were playing for Rangers. I’m sure McCoist was on the bench a lot of that time.

    What a lovely video, I've always been a massive McCoist and Gazza fan, what a talent from both and always a pleasure to watch. I hope Gazza is ok and he can pass his knowledge onto the future footballers, it would be a missed opportunity if he couldnt coach the youth teams of a big club. YNWA

    Rumour has it that Gascoigne had been fearful that Andy Goram would beat him up if he said too much, however I just think a) he was probably saying that tongue-in-cheek and b) he didn't really want to rub it in too much.
    He is of course English and will always be remembered as an England football midfield genius but as much as anything he is also a very decent human being.

    Was lucky enough to be taking by my old man to see these great players at ibrox. They were awesome . Think brian and gazza played there best football there.

    Listening to Ally McCoist and Brian Laudrup talk about Gascoigne and his very generous, loving and caring nature is bringing tears to my eyes.
    Especially after the passing of Walter Smith only yesterday.
    RIP Walter Smith.

    Gazza found a freedom at Rangers that I don't think he had before in his other clubs. Laudrup was given a free role but Gazza was just left to roam wild and do what he does.....How much would that suck to play against?.....
