    Filling:
    1 kilo ground chicken meat
    2 onion chopped
    1 head whole garlic
    Fish sauce
    Peppee
    Salt
    2 red bell peppers
    2 large potatoes diced
    1 large carrots
    1 stalk celery chopped
    Oil
    curry powder
    Dough
    1 kilo all purpose flour
    1/4 cup milk powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoon sugar
    350 grams vegetable shortening
    1 and 1/2 cup water
    1 egg
    1 egg for sealing and egg wash
    Oil for deep frying

      Yes po napansin ko dn po hindi nio na pinakinis ang dough ng empanada nio,eh ako po kontodo masa para kuminis ang dough😊magkano po bentahan per piece nyang empanada nio siksik ang laman at masarap sa tingin pa lang.salamat po.

    Madam sobrang nakaka inspire yung kwento mo. Since quarantine ang nalipat na rin kami ng house , talaga naman wala kang magawa, Nag kataon ng may oven ako kaya nag aaral akong gumawa ng bread, cookies. Naka gawa na ako ng cookies twice na laging palpak. Pero itong recipe mo e natuwa ako Kasi, sa tingin ko e ok na sya! Nag add lang ako ng peanut para sa ibang flavor.
    Anyways gusto kong try itong Empanada mo. Ito ang balak kong gawin business maliban sa Home made pinakurat ko.
    Ask ko lang po. Hindi na nyo sya minasa? Agad nyo po syang nilagyan ng palaman tama po ba? And ano po ba mas magastos yung bake or yung fried? Saka ilang po ang nagawa nyo sa isang kilo at oano po yung sinasabi nyo pwedeng gawin agad kahit bukas nyo pa gustong gawin? WISH ME LUCK PO🙂Thank you po!🙏🏻😇❤

    Matagal na ako nagpaplano gumaw ang empanada pero hindi matuloytuloy..ngayon may nakita ako sa vlog ninyo.hopefully makagawa na talaga ako..maraming salamat maam.. Para saan po ang shortening? Puede di po ba butter?

    Sarap ng dough mo, ginawa ko without the curry. The dough is perfect! sarap, di sya bumuka Kahit Yung iba nakakalimutan ko sealed ng eggwash.

      Hindi po after mga 3-4 hours mababawasan na po ang pag ka malutong just like any other fried products na flour ang base

    Yung empanada dough ko pag piniprito may nag oopen na edges, hindi naman lahat. Pag nilagyan ko ng egg hindi na po ba mag oopen? Sayang kasi tapos yung loob magiging oily. 😢😞
