There are two more things about the loss against Lazio (not Napoli) that should worry everyone who's for Bayern.
    1. They didn't just lost 0-1, they even haven't shot once on target!!
    2. The last time Bayern hasn't scored in two matches in a row (0-1 Lazio, 0-3 Leverkusen) is 9 years ago! Nine!

When I was a local journalist back in the days, I had a lot to do with Thomas Tuchel. He was coaching FC Augsburg II and I talked to him every weekend. He was polite but not nice. He was no peoples pleaser. And he still isn't. But he was already a full pro with big ambitions and he knew what he wanted. And that's the problem with Bayern and Tuchel. Big man Uli Hoeness is not always rational, he's emotional. And so are his decisions. That's something Tuchel can't cope with. He had a vision what this team should look like. And Bayern made just one transfer for Tuchel. Guerreiro, his Dortmund favourite. I guess Tuchel likes Kane but that was just a statement transfer. All the players he wanted, he never got them. Palinha and Rice for example.
And here we are. Tuchel is on the verge of getting sacked. The Sueddeutsche Zeitung wrote that he chose the (bad) formation against Leverkusen on purpose. Just to show the bosses their bad decisions on the transfer market. Against Lazio the team showed Tuchel in the second half that they don't like him.
Next week Hansi Flick is coach of FCB and Hoeness has his emotional, caring head coach back.

Chelsea fired him the year after he won the Champions league. He's abrasive like Jose/Conte could be but without the pedigree. He's not a Klopp or a Pep who can take talent and improve it or get huge ego players on board. He's managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory at every stop. Is he good? Without a doubt. The thing is, that Tuchel might have a point. In Germany the mdeia and all the experts (almost everyone of them has played for Bayern and the German national team) are saying that Bayern and national team have a lot of world class players, but in my opinion they are good but not world class. They have an ego as if they were world class, but they aren't playing like world class.
When Germany lifted the world cup in 2014, they had their golgen generation and a lot of these players were playing world class football, but since then most of them have retired and the next genereation can't fill their boots. Almost the same can be said dor Bayern.
This year for Bayern come several factors together:
    - they have a small squad with eleven key players and some good players who can play on multiple positions (which is a club philosophy, to keep the stars happy and give the other players enough game time to be happy as well)
    - a lot of injuries
    - another team in the Bundesliga which is not struggeling so far
    - an identity problem (Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Kroos, Alaba & Müller were all key players, who came through the own yout system and stood for the club DNA, but since then Pavlovic is the first home grown talent, that gets regular game time and Müller is just a sub in)
    - due to the lack of competition they became a bit lazy and to overconfident
    - some players can't handle the pressure especially when they are failing (lack of character)
    - lack of crativity in the midfield
    - no DM who does the dirty work
    - Harry Kane is the only world class player
So when Tuchel says: "You 're not as good as I thought,...", he has point. Also he could say: "You aren't as good, as you think you are / as everyone thinks you are,...". And to be honest the same goes for the German national team. In my opinion someone needs to speak it out loud, otherwise you can't improove. Especially when all the media and experts tell you otherwise while you are underperforming.

Sky Germany on football news is less credible than the Daily Mail on anything. And this was presented in a talk show. No news article. No interview. A talk show. I honestly don't like Tuchel, but he absolutely did not say stuff like that.

I think this is a case of wanting something/someone so bad (Bayern & Tuchel) that they’ve been blinded to Tuchel’s shortcomings, they were incredibly lucky last season after Dortmund bottled it at home on the final day and he’s been found tactically wanting by Xabi Alonso.
They sacked Nagelsman just because Tuchel was available, there was zero logic to it, this Bayern team is capable of winning the title this season but just not with Tuchel at the helm, he’s trying to provoke a sacking. He’s turning into a Jose, creating poor relationships with staff and players, publicly throwing them under the bus which is something you just don’t do, by all means tell them to their faces but you don’t create a story where there doesn’t need to be one, it has to be his way or the highway, but doesn’t hold himself accountable for his failings.
He might want Barca but they should be looking at this and thinking we don’t need a manager who’s going to want to get sacked 18 months in and drain their already precarious finances.
He’s talking himself out of the big jobs now.

Honestly, I thought Tuchel would stay until the end of the season. But after being embarrassed by Leverkusen, he was gone. He must have been the worst Bayern I've ever had the displeasure of watching. It's clear to anyone who wants to see that Tuchel will have a paid vacation as soon as the whistle blows for the last time in the 34th round of the Bundesliga.
Now, I have my doubts as to whether he can make it to the game against Lazio. If I'm not mistaken, there's a Bayern x Leipzig game coming up. If he takes another beating like that again. There is no longer a bridge to return to. He dropped a hydrogen bomb on top of the bridges.

There is just so many issues with Tuchel. My main issues as a Bayern fan are -
    1. He plays such boring football, no forward attacking just slow passing.
    2. He sits on the bench the whole game and doesn't seem to care.
    3. He thinks he a genius. Against leverkusen he played a formation bayern have never played, had Sacha Boey on the left on his debut (a position he has never played in his professional career), and didn't make any subs until the 70th min.
    4. He has never preformed well at a club that was considered a dominate favorite. He's failing at Bayern and failed at PSG. The champions leauge win at Chelsea was as a huge underdog, he did well at Mainz and Dortmund. He's not a big team manager. He can't handle big egos or big names. He just tries to crush them like he's done with De Ligt this year.

Thomas Tuchel is a Thuggee!! Brazen and criminal how he addressed a group of grown men and not a single one got up to whip his ass!! That dude definitely has all the balls of steel!! LMFAOOOOO!!! But Bayern deserves all they're gonna get from Thomas Thuggee Tuchel. He's doing shit I do in FM because the repercussions are arbitrary and insignificant to real life. I felt when he was at Chelsea towards the end, he was kind of aloof and that kind of matched the body language I saw this past week.
Also....that statement gives disappointed dad vibes. LOL!!

As a Bayern fan I can say that Tuchel was justified to do so. He has to deal with a squad that isn't nearly as good as the people in charge think it is. Especially Kimmich, who is not the world class player the media make him to be. He is a locker room cancer. Goretzka has forgotten how to run and Davies has been bad for over two years now. Sadly, Uli Hoeneß never liked Tuchel and denied him any players. In a few days they will appoint Hoeneß buddy Max Eberl and they will hand him several hundred million to build a squad. New manager included.

Tuchels philosophy, the 5 in 5 out is quite simple. Is he good? 😅 he's distinctive. He's a character. His system works. But I think he has a lifespan as a coach, it's too short to make him "great" he's not been an improvement on nagelsman really...
He's like a young Roy Hodgson, distinct - has good ideas. But he is what he is and- he's been at bayern, Chelsea, psg...
He's no Xabi Alonso. He's not Pep. He's no klopp.. don't think he's as good as nagelsman. He's good at what he does, the quick transitions, the sharp organised out to in and in to out movements.
I find him pretty... abrasive. Not particularly charming or entertaining.

I love these types of managers, man. I'm so tired of the playing nice "oh they're so so good, they're better than anybody at this" "We lost 4 - 0 but we played so well, created the right chances, unlucky deflection on the third goal was the real turning point. Great lads, the whole team, just perfect".
Mourinho has talked a lot about modern players and needing to adapt because they're more fragile in many ways, no, shut up Jose, light a fire under them. Talk like a psycho in press conferences. Clough, Ferguson, Capello, these are the guys I want running my club. The only thing more tedious than a PR-professional is Dycheball.

with all due respect Zealand, you are wrong
our players are piss poor, I do not know how accurate that "you guys are not good enough" is but that is true. the players are so damn entitled for how much effort they put into the games and performances. they do not care, they do not have that Mia San Mia mentality. they will not fight for the badge, they will not do anything. as soon as a manager gives them any criticism they throw a bitch fit and whine until they get their way. look at our managerial carousel over the last few years. it's embarrassing. just firing tuchel to get someone else will not fix anything. our players are rotten to the core and we need to get rid of everyone and every thing. (ps PL clubs if you wanna spend like 60 mil for gnabry, goretzka etc you are more than welcome)

Tuchel's tactics are too stale and too rigid for the top of the european game. He's good at setting up a somewhat underdog team that can bite (that's how he won the UCL with Chelsea after all) but when it comes to dominating the game and giving world class players playing at their best he just isn't that guy

Bayern will bounce back in Bavaria. (Some alliteration for ya😉😄) Bayern is still one of the best teams in Europe even though they havent been getting the results in comparison to the talent they have in the squad and on the bench. As for Tuchels response. #TellThemThomas
If the team isnt performing then light a fire under them and...idk kinda challenge the mentality within the squad to really see what they have left to give.
As for the league title...Leverkusen all the way🫡💪
