    What does elevating the heels do?
    Elevating the heels allows us to keep a more upright torso which takes a lot of the stretch off the glutes and puts it on the quads forcing the quads to be the prime mover in extending the knees and hips✅
    It’s a great exercise to put more focus on the quads without having access to quad focused machines and build the tear drop muscle (VMO)✅
    Give it a try with just your bodyweight then progress to different loaded variations to maximize your results✅

    Think it will help me get my muscles better (my left leg which has nerve pain) !! Your advice and movements and excersises are great and good to follow in the gym @ my fysio.

    Eventually, the heels elevated squat can be detrimental to your knees. especially when using heavy weight

    What is best way to build hamstrings and calves without gym equipment. I only have a few light weight dumbells (heaviest is 25lbs)

      Close feet RDLs is always a good one

      The absolute best one is the stiff legged deadlift. Rdls target more glutes
