For the Bulgarian it's 4x10 for each leg?

Doing the heels elevated squats with a barbell(even with a safety bar) looks pretty dangerous.... you might slip or
loose ballance at any time.
If you have access to heavy kettlebells why wouldn't you do
heels elevated goblet squats instead?? - loading up in front of the body hits the quads for sure and you can make the movement harder by going slower and let the kettlebell
drop in front of you whenever
necessary....
