- Strange as it may seem to you, there exists a mystic power that is able to transform your life so thoroughly, so radically, so completely, that when the process is completed your own friends would hardly recognize you, and, in fact, you would scarcely be able to recognize yourself.

It can lift you out of an invalid’s bed, make you sound and well once more, and free to go out into the world to shape your life as you will. It can throw open the prison door and liberate the captive. It has a magical healing balm for the bruised or broken heart.
This mystic Power can teach you all things that you need to know, if only you are receptive and teachable. It can inspire you with new thoughts and ideas, so that your work may be truly original. It can impart new and wonderful kinds of knowledge as soon as you really want such knowledge - glorious knowledge - strange things not taught in schools or written in books. It can do for you that which is probably the most important thing of all in your present stage: it can find your true place in life for you, and put you into it too. It can find the right friends for you, kindred spirits who are interested in the same ideas and want the same things that you do. It can provide you with an ideal home. It can furnish you with the prosperity that means freedom, freedom to be and to do and to go as your soul calls.
This extraordinary Power, mystic though I have rightly called it, is nevertheless very real, no mere imaginary abstraction, but actually the most practical thing there is. The existence of this Power is already well known to thousands of people in the world today, and has been known to certain enlightened souls for tens of thousands of years. This Power is really no less than the primal Power of Being, and to discover that Power is the Divine birthright of all men.
It is your right and your privilege to make your contact with this Power, and to allow it to work through your body, mind, and estate, so that you need no longer grovel upon the ground amid limitations and difficulties, but can soar up on wings like an eagle to the realm of dominion and joy. But where, it will naturally be asked, is this wonderful, mystic Power to be contacted? Where may we find it? And how is it brought into action? The answer is perfectly simple - This Power is to be found within your own consciousness, the last place that most people would look for it. Right within your own mentality there lies a source of energy stronger than electricity, more potent than high explosive; unlimited and inexhaustible.
You only need to make conscious contact with this Power to set it working in your affairs; and all the marvelous results enumerated can be yours.

What a wonderful reading, made so much sense.
Martine, another fan! I picked up a book of his in the 80`s at a small antique book shop. That book started me on the path of true spirituality, and I purchased more. I have the fondest of feelings for that man. Some years ago I tried to find out more about him, and came across a thread by about 4 people speaking of him. They were talking about his experience when he passed over, saying what a beautiful, unbelievable experience he had, what he saw and related to someone with him. I searched and searched Icould not find anything else. Thought maybe you, as being familiar with him may like knowing how truly magnificent his passing was.

Thank you Brian, and that comes from another Brian. I have an Emmit Fox pamphlet/small book from 1940 and it's great. I don't have a computer and I hope you get this message of thanks. This reading helps me remember who I Am. I'm hoping it kick starts my Heart, Mind and Soul again. They've been foggy and seemingly distant for a couple of years. Going on almost three years. Our youngest Son Conor passed at almost 31 years old, and it crushed us. Faith has been our life for five decades in marriage and seventy in year's. Fox woke me up from a world of whiskey violence hate insanity and emptyness. It and I was a nightmare and Conor never saw me like that. Anyway Brian thank you a best wishes to all, Brian

Is this why a certain religion prays on the knees and with the hands held in a pleading posture as if asking for forgiveness? Makes sense to me. This episode is so so beautiful. It touched my heart so deep. I am crying with all emotions. Gratitude, sadness, joy, love, purity, truth, oneness with God. Thank you Brian.
I grew up a christian boy, and always prayed hands clasped. I have a closer relationship with the Lord now and sometimes I find my self holding my hands on my heart or the "pleading" hands almost like an energy focuser! I don't plead, God wants us to tell him what we want by imagining, believing we have it, cause it's already done : )
Folks getting into positions like on their knees and hands pleading seems like a sign that they feel their God is in another place, and not within them

Only thing I would wish be taught instead of the "harass" the activities and attitudes where evil springs root. It's exactly this, I've found, counter productive. If you're struggling to stop lying or to quit gossiping, harassing the behavior is giving it energy of it's nature. I couldn't get it to work that way. I had to be first, forgiving. Sometimes over and over on a single struggle. Then I worked understanding out by literally talking out psychologically what is going on and through patience and less less focus on it, it's transmuted into lesson learned. It's the initial dissection, which I do ALONE, ISOLATED, then with time, forgiveness and eventually, praise, for adding to my spiritual fortitude another alchemical nugget.
P.s. after doing the hardest part of my healing about 3 years ago, now, when these things pop up it's literally like I get a "pamper and be extra specially nice to myself" card. I don't ever need the emotional abuse recovery type mood swings, ever again. I choose now. It's miraculous to be. It's an honor to be the controller.

I tried to follow 7 days mental diet but I found it beyond my reach as of now. but nevertheless I stopped reading and watching political news (including social media) completely and started praying to get free from resentment and fear. I am feeling calmer, I sleep better and there is a general sense of optimism and goodwill towards other people. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

When we stop listening to and following our heart our heart becomes sad. I feel this is why so so many of us are deep down or obviously sad and even depressed. Fear stands in the way. If we can disassociate ourselves from this fear we will see it is just Maya, we can laugh at this. We will then feel a childlike sense of wonder and lose our breath as if a cold gust of wind just blew through our souls. Follow your heart. What about when the slight felt is ongoing and inescapable? Like those felt when elected and unelected officials force policies, based on political and personal agendas, on those they have power over (which is most of the population). Agendas that are harmful to personal dignity and sovereignty, or worse?
This happens not only in public policy but also in some families. It’s a tricky road to walk. Forgiving while living in it anew each day…… But I trust that, in the true meaning of forgiveness, it can be done. I’m still learning. Peace and blessings to all…..
