I remember my nan teaching me this prayer. I've recited it thousands of times without really understanding the meaning...I sincerely do now. I believe it has protected me. I have always been protected...

Early Alcoholic Anonymous groups used to go to Emmett's lectures, this one was a favorite. I believe it had a lot of influence on spiritual principles expressed in the 12 steps. Thank you Brian for a great reading, would love more commentary from you on this ❤️
In recovery myself!! AA/NA was a game changer for me as it was my first true exposure to “spiritual teaching/thoughts” & helped me to see beyond my religious upbringing…I finally conceptually understood the big picture even though my soul always intuitively knew it & had been trying to speak it to me my whole life!
Emmet Fox still has influence on my recovery and now much of what you put forth, Brian , especially The Law of One channelings.
Never liked the chant at church as a child. Now I say it to myself in the silence. Thank you 🙏

I’m a Director on an ICU and one day I will be teaching things like this (& related info on “self-directed neuroplasticity” ) throughout the health care system!!! I learned this interpretation of the Lord's prayer in new thought, unity and science of mine meetings. we called it church back then so starting in the early '70s I learned this interpretation and it explained it better than the so-called Bible. so I love this. I'm so happy you posted this and explained it to others who may not have heard it in the same way for I believe this is the true interpretation of the words and spirits of the law and how it works

This is just fantastic 😊 Une x pectedly awesome. I already listened 3 times. My mom always really loved this prayer. Just before she died she asked me to write this prayer out for her and I did silently begrudgingly, only because she really wanted it. I've never appreciated it until now and I'm so bittersweetly and deeply appreciating her yet again now. And you, Brian for This precious gift. This is such a pure tap. Great talk! I loved it. A powerful and soul building analysis. I thought I had truly considered the prayer heard with all my heart but this showed me I had not yet. I know this will only grow even more throughout my life! Thank you and God bless you. I do agree with you that "Our Father" does 100% assert he is the father of all, I fully agree we are all brothers, but I accept the reality of reaching this too. I have some issues I have listed below in their briefest form.
Neither Greek nor Roman refers to our universal brotherhood under the father but not to some universalisation of men amongst men. This is a matter I contend with often. National preference is a fundamental Christian virtue. For example, in Europe, there have been times when the defence of the homeland and defence of the Faith have been a single entity in the face of the invading Muslim. Identity matters, Jesus himself came to us at the meeting of three ethnic blocs and three empires as a Nazarene, he could have been a non-descript 'man' but he wasn't.
In God's love is the ability to offer preference to all. God is capable of preferring all of us at once. I however am limited as a man and so I love God and my neighbour. I love my closest brothers and sisters in Christ in part by protecting them. For me to accept a dangerous man known for assault to be around my wife or friends would be a failure to love my neighbour. God however still loves the man guilty of assaults in a way I cannot and am designed not to... in this world.
Julien Langella writes a strong apologetic for the virtue of 'prejudice' in his book Catholic and Identitarian. Langella asserts that “refusing prejudice is moral blackmail, a weapon of intimidation against groups who are disgusted with invasion or invasion-migration. … "In forbidding us from exercising the virtue of prejudice, the globalists want to force us to consent to our own disappearance”. He closes with a statement from Benedict XVI: “Nations should never accept to witness the disappearance of what made their own identity.” It cannot be so simple as throwing out all national or cultural achievement as being the "dust" that Jesus referred to, yes this world is all dust but through our formation and shaping of dust we have built identity and expressions that have furthered the standing of "love". We have made metaphysical goods through this too. As I said earlier, should the great caliphate have been successful there may not have been followers of Christ in Europe now? Our forming of communities has been to Gods liking at times perhaps?

This is a powerful episode and message. Enjoyed the added rendition of yours at the end Brian. Since practicing tuning into vibration and witnessing the effects (as it’s been a winding road to even begin to learn to pray) upon hearing this with what both you (Brian) and Emmett said about the Lord’s Prayer it dawned that the Lord’s Prayer is reflecting the effects of embodying the resonant vibration with the prayer/vibration that is tuned into and will self regulate as the energy body becomes energetically aligned with that specific resonance. It’s become noticeable that if Health is the potential then there will be a spontaneous will to choose right action to health such as better food choices or undoing limiting habits.

As Roman Catholic by upbringing and schooling, I’ve recited the Lord’s Prayer repeatedly but this was a revelation. I particularly liked what Fox observed about the difference in liking (or disliking) and yet, loving. This was very helpful. Thanks Brian for your vast knowledge.

how to know if you really have forgiven, there is very subtle things unforgiven, the big ones are easy because we remember fast, but all the little constant repeating stuff which we often do not even recognize as anger to someone else, these are the hard ones, these are hard to know if we already have forgiven them?
or what is the right level, maybe i should ask it this way, is it enough when i fell " i dont like you(in a way of taste, like one like apples but not bananas) but i can understand why you did it, its not your fault and i dont seek revenge"?

I think that if you can feel a benefit in drawing closer to the Kingdom "within" by adorning your prayers with this articles, then it is safe to do so; but if you place these things on a higher elevation than your own sincerity, you could fall into error.

I agree, Neil Douglas Klotz wrote a book, translating the original Aramaic (the venacular spoken by Christ Jesus) version of the prayer. He also, produced a recording of the prayer in Aramaic. Forty years ago, Klotz' work was of the greatest value for me in learning to pray.
