  • I thought it might be helpful to have some of these videos in a compilation. You can see the individual videos as as well as longer versions on my channel.
The whole idea is that with any given exercise, you can find a variation you can do, work it until you're strong enough for a harder one, and repeat.
Some of these videos are from a while ago. Some are back when I filmed with the front camera on my phone. I teach differently now and would probably phrase some things different. I may remake these at some point.

Hey everyone! Let me know what you think of this. I got the idea because someone told me people liked watching Shorts compilation videos.
There are a bunch of videos in this series, but these are the "standard" exercises.
Regarding being sick, today's the best I've felt in a week! I've been trying to produce at least some content in the meantime. Let me know what you'd like to see when I get back! I don't like inactivity so I'm SO EXCITED to get back into it.

Hey friend! Is there a way you could make a beginner compilation video? I'm having a hard time skipping around on these videos and the website ( scrolling through each one to find the beginning starting point for each exercise). Could you maybe make a compilation video just like this one, but for each step in the process. For example, instead of this video having every variation of each exercise from beginner to advanced, have every exercise but beginner back to back, then a new video compilation for each step afterwards ( like 1 video including wall pull-up ( the first step for the first exercise), then the next exercise first step and so on... does that make sense? Like a video compilation of each workout in sequence by body part worked, but the videos are separated by difficulty level. That way I can do a full body workout without having to jump around all your videos to find the next step of a new exercise.

Many strength training girls are very confident in themselves. This doesn't mean that people who are confident in themselves start strength training. Whatever the reason, it can be said that most of them start strength training out of a desire to change (to change). It may be because they have achieved such a desire that they appear to be full of confidence.

I just wanted to say I am really motivated to pick-up on my health and fitness once again. I've done absolutely no physical activity over the past 3 years and now I really struggle with the basics, even some of these beginner variations.
I'm currently 32, measuring 6'5" and weighing about 116kg. Because I'm so tall I have weak joints all over (especially my knees) and I am excited to keep at work and eventually build up to the final variations of each exercise and I don't care how long it takes, so long that I keep at it.
Thank you so much for your positive attitude and for inspiring people to better themselves. God bless you!

Archers definitely help more for them. I've noticed this when I did a push-up routine for one arm push-ups. And if one arms hurt your joints, my suggestion is to do assisted ones until it feels better cause based on what I've learned from Hampton, there's no shame in allowing your body to recover by going lighter. Best of luck to you my friend

if you're experiencing joint paint, the muscle isn't strong enough OR you have the incorrect form. I found theres a lot less pressure on my wrists with pushup exercises if I imagine trying to grab the ground like when holding a pole/handle. It engages your forearms which are obviously connected to your wrist, the more weight you can reliably put entirely onto the muscle the better your joints will function.

If the position hurts your wrists, try not putting your fingers in the "diamond" shape. Placing your finger fingers together has a similar effect!

Hey Hampton, I have been following your routine and it is going pretty well, but I am stuck at full bridges. I just cannot move on to one legged bridges. Can you provide something in between?

    My friend.
You and Noel are the reason why I want to start something better for my body. But, I have a question. About jump rope.
All I have at my house is just that. And, I want to know if maybe you can tell me about how to jump rope, the effect for the body changing, or anything else you want to tell about jump rope.
I really want to know, and I'll be glad if you want to tell me about jump rope.
    Thank you, my friend.
