Nice job! What brand of scroll saw you got there? It seemed to do a good job. Nice shooting as well. Something I recently found out if you sprinkle a little baking soda on super glue it accelerates the cure time real fast.

What are the names of all the sanding tools you used?
i used a sanding drum on the drill press and at the end i used a dremel

For the round over its 1/8 inch but I now use 1/4 inch and for the band grooves it’s 4mm

I never thought to show that part because it’s the same for any catapult. This video shows how I make my catapult frames
Check out Gamekeeper john, catapult carnage or simple shots. Their channels have loads of imfo on band types and attachment methods. Hope that's helpful .

Rookie boiii the template is printed from my computer and the wood is cut on a scroll saw

Lupul Alb try to make it using a knife, that would make an interesting video
You are going to have to borrow at least a coping saw, but a scroll saw is a lot easier even if a little expensive.
Jigsaw does the same job just takes a bit longer and a dremel basically only 2 power tools you should need
