No dear but make sure you keep it in a warm place or cover the dough with a thick clothe so that the yeast can activate

The nutmeg is optional. You can skip it or you can add any flavour of your choice. Also if you don't have a microwave then you can cover the dough with a cloth to keep it warm and keep in any corner in your kitchen

Yes you can make it without eggs my dear. The eggs is just to make it more rich. As for the 2kilos of flour you can put all the ingredients I used in the video but in greater quantity.
