Thanks dear hi ke's I have a question about the chin chin I made them yesterday but I couldn't frie it all it was foaming because I followed your recipe but I double the ingredients cause I wanted a lot but they were tasting really good so I want to know what I did wrong thank you and sorry for my English I'm a French speaker 🤗
@@balbineagana401 dear your English is perfect! I don't think you did anything wrong. Many people(I inclusive) face that foaming problem when frying chin chin. So this is what I do: -Change the oil after three times of frying -Fry in small quantities -Use my frying spoon to push back the foam continuously, it eventually goes down. -Also, reduce the amount of flour used in dusting before cutting. Hope this helps

Please I wish to fine out the exact amount or quantity of baking powder and yeast I can put on 1kg of flour because I fry but my gateaux is not airy inside fish rolls worst thks
Hello ke, when putting the dough in the oven, do you pre heat the oven cos I tried mine but the dough never rised and the interior part of the gateau was very strong
Hi Chanty, Yes I do preheat the oven, turn it off before putting the dough into the oven. The idea is placing the dough in a warm environment for it to rise
