Cameroonian gateau is a doughnut-like snack that is sold on the streets and in bakeries in Cameroon. It is similar to puff puff but it has a richer texture and can be kept longer than puff puff. It is the definition of wickedly delicious!

Keep for up to a week in a ziploc bag in the fridge. Yes, you can refrigerate or freeze. You can warm them up in the oven until soft again as freshly made. Hope this helps.
