For conditions like those she should get her health checked out. It sounds like a vitamin deficiency along with thyroid issues coupled with stress. If yoy have underlying health issues no amount of topical treatment can cure it.
Thank you my dear , it’s actually medication related , I have had many clients who either used sugar or pressure pills and suffered from a hair side effect, unfortunately. But she is working on her diet now and I am helping her along with her hair , I can’t sit back and do nothing 😊thanks for watching and for your wisdom

She’s missing a nutrient. She should have blood work done. She should increase her vitamin D, zinc and iron.
