I would take a good look at your nutrition first , make sure your getting enough iron , b12 ,taurine,zinc and carnitine , these are bioavailable in red meat 🥩. Nutrient deficiency can most definitely cause hair loss , also check for any side effects of and medication you may be on , and definitely examine any stressors that may be present in your life. I would recommend… misting your hair as often as you can, I try my best to do 4-7 times a week because life happens and we all are busy .
