I still use my 12 pro max as an iPad Mini w/ MagSafe. Great for GPS & CZcams. It’s a great device still in ‘24. I use the 15 Pro as my main phone
iPhone 12 is the BEST VALUE FOR MONEY iPhone EVER at this price point period.
Not for long, if even. The 13 imo is the better choice in the long term, 1 year of extra software support + better SOC and especially battery life!

Awesome video! I loved the iPhone 12, but when the 14 came out, I started thinking that it’s time to get a new one, but I decided to hold off another year and bought an iPhone 15 Pro just after launch. The photo quality on the new iPhone 15 models is incredible. Compared to previous models. After watching this video I’m glad I did not hand down my iPhone 12 to my mom or dad. Both of them upgraded to the iPhone 13.
I’m turning 15 this year and this is my last year with my 12 mint green I’m looking to get the 13 pro max on Jan 8 2025 that’s when my plan is up
I am using the iPhone 12, & I love it. I just got it used January 2023, & it’s going strong. When I do upgrade, I think I’ll go for the 14, but as for right now it’s a solid phone.

My iPhone XR stopped charging randomly. I started researching the iPhone 12 and the 13 mini to see what I wanted to get. I took it to a shop to get an estimate to fix my XR, and it turns out the port just needed cleaned out. I really do love the old iPhones though. I just don’t see the point in upgrading before you have to. I think my wife is going to get the 12 upgrading from an SE. She’ll definitely be happy 😊

I have an iPhone 12 Pro as a backup phone. And my main phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max although I love my 14 Pro Max, I definitely like the size of the 12 Pro. What are your thoughts on the 12 Pro in 2024?
There's something about the base model 12 that no any other iPhone models can replicate. I bought the pro model around three years ago when the 13 just came out and I just ended up swapping it for a base model 12, in between the 11 and 13, there's something about the 12 that these two models lack yet at the same time, it has distinct features from both models that make it a whole lot better. I'm about to upgrade from an iPhone 12 to the 14 or 14 pro, and I assure you that if you're getting the 12 around this point of time, it's soooo worth it. I've been using the 12 for 2 years and a half now and I still love it to this day!

I had the 12 and the only disappointment was the battery life. I now have the 13 and the battery is improved.

I am watching this video on iPhone SE after ordering iPhone 12 on Costco. Certainly pleased to learn my value for money calculation was correct. Less than half of the money to be paid for iPhone15 - Thnaks iPhone12.
12 Pro user here. I bought mine new in 2020, and after a battery replacement, it’s been rock solid for me. I plan on keeping it for another year or so; the 15 Pro just didn’t offer enough features to justify me dropping a grand on it.

This comment made no sense as someone who started from the iPhone 11 then went to the 13 and finally stopped on the 15 pro max I can easily say the pro max has been the best by a landslide not only more features but better when it come to speed and all around everything and your going to sit here and say the iPhone 15 did not offer anything compared to a 12 okay buddy right 😭😭😭
just upgraded from a shattered front and back iPhone XS appears to be slightly faster but that's really it I will have to use it more but so far a nice phone I got a purple 12 128 gb for 250 so not bad plus has 87 percent battery health

I have an iPhone 12 since October ‘22 and it’s honestly great . The only thing I can complain about is battery life . However, I do think that regular iPhone 15’s are a better value if you’re willing to spend the extra amount . Thanks for the video.

If there’s anything I could ask for more would be brighter display, more ram, and louder speakers. Other than that, I have no reason to upgrade at all. Battery health is at 91 and makes it through the day with casual use. Great phone I’d recommend
All those things you just listed the Samsung galaxy has all of that theyre about 10 steps ahead in the game than iphone lol
well sometimes people just prefer the layout of iphones, like me, I have used iphone all my life and can not switch to samsung as it is far too foreign. I know samsung is better but I prefer apple.@@josephr.8622

Sent this video to my buddy who got an iPhone 12 a couple of years ago and he doesn't use any apps except Google His battery health is still 100%. I couldn't believe it. My six month old iPhone 14 is down to 99% battery health, but I have 53 apps. We checked under cellular usage the total talk time and I'm already double in six months what he used in two years

Imo the 13 series’s are the best iphones there are. A 13 pro would be better. (Where im at a 12 pro max is ~$450 and the 13 pro is ~$475 if you meed a bigger screen 12 pro max isnt a bad option

The 12 is still an awesome phone in 2024. The most underrated feature of the 12 series is the "feel" of the phone. Apple struck a PERFECT balance between performance and phone design. The physical depth, height, width and weight of the phones are PERFECT. I'll gladly sacrifice ProMotion for the feel of the phone any day. Samsung phones are a tad too slim, but they nail the weight, height and weight.
Have u ever felt promotion? Or a iphone 14 pro? I thought the same thing but pro motion and the feel of pro phones after the 11 all feel hella comfortable
@@D3great12 I've upgraded every years since the iPhone 12 Pro. I thought ProMotion would make up for the lack of feel of the phone, but it doesn't. The iPhone 15 Pro weights the same as the 12 Pro, but it's slimmer, thicker and lacks the physical SIM. I've gotten rid of my 13 Pro, 14 Pro and recently my 15 Pro. Nothing beats the feel of the 12 Pro. It's just perfect, even with the 60Hz screen, which on iPhones is buttery smooth.
I was hoping the S24 would have better design, but it got slimmer and taller than the S23, unfortunately.

I just went back to using an iPhone 12 from my Z Fold 5 because of the weight. Its amazing how light the iPhone is in comparison. And the 12 is running nice and smooth. Im just a little worried about the storage. I have the 64gb version.
Btw - got my 12 for $299 while the 13 is still going for over $600 🤷🏻♂️. Just cant fathom spending over $300-$400 on a phone thats 2 model years old.

I had the pro and it had terrible battery life. The simple 12 is similar. So I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Now I have the 15 plus and I’m so happy.
