vietnam gym facility wise is quite literally every gym goer and fighter’s dream, but ofc nothing beats that rusty and wet muay thai vibe at the thailand gym

This is literally perfect timing. I'm going for a mix of exploring and traincation for 1 month in Thailand and 1 month in Vietnam this spring.
What level would you say that the MMA coaches are at the Vietnam facility? (if I go there when you arent there)
from what I understand, they are very high level

Could you do a video on how to roll hooks better and counter as soon as you slop and block? I can roll but in sparring I always just block hooks and block, parry or slip but never hit straight away. Working on that

As a Vietnamese I did not know my country has such a big MMA gym like that lmao.
Seems like Thailan does not have many gym focus on mma or grappling, which is kind of unfortunate.

hi Jeff, nice video, but in the future can you do one for China training camp and such? I seen a few camps videos and I wonder how it actually is.
id love to go to China, but its more difficult getting a visa and everything to get there. But maybe!
@@MMAShredded that will be nice, I have a chinese heritage and always want to experience the martial art from there, I currently do sanshou here in Canada, but going to China for original sanshou will be nice.

Hey I'm interested in recording my sparring sessions, but it feels kinda embarrassing, any tips?
I’m in the same boat, just started doing it for the first time. The only tip I can give is watch them back with a friend or significant other that doesn’t know anything about fighting that will listen. I watch it back with my girlfriend and instead of just being super hard on myself I can kind of just tell her what I’m doing and why and what I should be doing. It’s helped me!
it used to be embarrassing and weird, but now EVERYONE does it!
Bro if the gym looks squaky clean and brand new it ain't for me. Gotta have that gritty look and feel that can only come with hundreds of thousands of hours training sessions. That's where champions are made.
