I think we still have a lot more to go, especially within the powerlifting scene. Since we are such a niche sport we do not have that many humans attempting to be the best at it. If we were as popular as football then we would be closer to reaching the true human potential when it comes to how strong a human can be. Also, even from an evolutionary standpoint, humans aren't necessarily getting stronger generation after generation because strength isn't a factor in mating lol. But I do hope we become more mainstream and have a lot more competitors enter the scene so we can really push what humans are capable of.

520kg will be the max for deadlift Eddie Hall (UK based) already did 500kg deadlift then Thor did 505kg I think. Not everything revolves around America lol. Amazing athletes are doing amazing feats of strength outside America.

      Why do you think 520?

@@mrsmuuve because nobody has ever lifted 520kg conventional deadlift

@@steve00alt70 I know that I just wondered why you think that specifically would be the limit and not like 515 or 550. Mostly just wondering what it was based off of.

There definitely will be a limit at some point. But i think we will definitely see close to 600kg at some point in like 100 years. We just need a genetic freak giant with potential new steroid breakthroughs. Imagine a build like Edie Hall but with a height of 215cm +/-!

@@rayray9145eddie didn't have a particularly crazy build for deadlift. There's guys bigger than him right now
