i saw this cat in '95 and again in '98. Both times in Akron, OH. Absolutely fucking fantastic performer. The best living solo artist/performer in my opinion.
"mutations" is very under-rated in my estimation. so is "sea change" . To go from albums like this back to "Guero" and "Info" is amazing. He is brilliant, like u said.
incredible! Beck is one of the few bands that play real music. Today, the major of the bands don't have talent, they make music trough the tecnology, they invent a voice, a guitar, a piano, a drums, etc. They don´t play anythin, they don´t know about music. BECK ROCKS!

@wasabihansen - at the drive in live is mental, if u like that sort of thing. they are broke up now though. the mars volta are another band with 2 of the guys from ATDI who give a pretty awsome abstract preformance.! check it out man.
