Sloppy editing here aside, I adore Eleanor ... even if it's just her voice in the climax of _The Twilight Zone_ episode "The Hitchhiker" (occupying the other end of a phone booth telephone conversation) telling poor Nan Adams something truly unsettling. Oh, and among other roles, Ms. Audley was great as Oliver Douglas' refined and haughty mother, Eunice, on _Green Acres_ in a few episodes.
Had the Duchess character been used in Disney's version of Alice, Eleanor would've voiced her wonderfully. Since of the Queen of Hearts was to my knowledge partially inspired by Louella Parsons, The Duchess might've been a Hedda Hopper-type character.
She played the evil Queen in the audio book, not the film but still is badass
She was better than the actress in the film.
Ilene Woods, Eleanor Audley's Cinderella, made a good Snow White on that record, too.
