I really appreciate all the pointers I will definitely do more structure training from now on ! This was great help . You should be able to notice more improvements by day 9 I have a lot of footage from day 7 and 8 that I have not had time to edit due to work. But I really appreciate I will definitely do it and yes I do notice my hooks are on lower side it does help that I record myself to improve and look at the footage

Actually insanly good progress from day one, your jab looks really good.
I have trained for few year so I will give you some unsolicited advice for training as a beginner. I am not an expert so take it with a grain of salt.
I would suggest skipping the bag work for now completely, especially since I saw you mentioned you do not have a coach. Focus on footwork drills and shadow boxing. You can build up a lot of bad habits on the bag if your technique is bad. I already notice that on your left hook you are dropping your right hand, and your elbow is not inline with your shoulder.
You need to learn how to follow through on all your punches, do it in front of the mirror if you can. Once you are comfortable with moving around and your punches technique is good enough you can try to incorporate the bag into your routine. If you feel like you want to keep using the bag stick with your 1-2 as they are crisp and just work on moving in and out with it.
Main thing for shadow boxing I would say would be having a plan to work on, for one round you can work just on the jab, then just 1-2, then just the left hook and so on, then start stringing them together and one the most important parts do not forget your defence as well. You need to imagine someone standing infront of you when you shadow box, in your shadow boxing I noticed that you are looking down a lot, make sure you already drill yourself to look at chest level. Boxing is all about habit and muscle memory so any bad habits you pick up now will be very painful to unlearn later on.
Fuck I wrote too much😅. Keep working dude you have had insane improvement from day one. If you want to have the jake paul fight sooner I think you need to train and retire in MMA, would be much faster😂. Fuck I wrote
