  • There are some of you folks out there who cringe sitting on a treestand just because you know it's going to cause back pain. Working in physical therapy and chiropractic rehabilitation, I've seen my share of back injuries come thru the front door. As a bowhunter myself, here are some modifications, products and 3 stretches you can perform to help you sit longer and provide some relief. #bowhunting #huntcomfortfatboy #treestand

Very good advice, thanks.I am 68 and still bow hunting, and at my age ,and working in health care ,lifting and rolling patients,my lower back is always after a 12 hour shift, hurting. And sitting hurts worse than standing,I sometimes stand while watching tv,so I will try these stretches and pray to God they help.Or I will continue to stalk my deer ,and stay upright.thanks again, just did a few stretches at work, and do have some relief already..thanks again.......

Thanks for watching and yes, I hope this video in particular the stretches can help you out. A lot of people don’t understand how back pain can be so tough for when your trying to wait a buck out. Add cold weather to the mix and it even makes matters worse. Good luck and stay safe.
