Ironically I was there. Woke up and had strangest gut feeling I’ve ever had. Literally changed my flight and left that afternoon. In 25+ years of going to Vegas 3-6X a year I’ve never left early. I’d met to ladies that were on their first vacation in 18 years on the plane out. They were hilarious and I even had my limo driver take them to their hotel. I get tickets to anything I want and offered to give them tickets to whatever they wanted. They wanted to go to this concert. It was arranged but I never texted them back that day because I just wanted out of town for some reason. I still have their text messages thanking me for NOT getting them tickets and their shock that I had changed my flight. We were supposed to be on same flight back too. Very strange to me to this day.

I am glad there was humans willing to help others even tho they all where there just to party.... Normal humans going out of there way to help others.... I am sure that help kept the deaths down as low as they where, just in the 80's when it could have been much higher if folks where out for them selfs... Just normal folks trying to help in there own way like the cab driver who had a dad talk him where to meet his daughter/son in law at motel 6 and ended up have 5 other strangers pack into the back seat and the cab said " i am a dad to it is free" also had the folks just driving letting there pick-up's get loaded up to help transport folks. A guy was helping folks over a stone wall till he got shot, then a bit later some stranger put a belt on wrong as a turn-a-kit and some other stranger helped him fix it.... All them little things I bet added up into so many living that night.

I think what scares me the most abt the footage before the shooting started was the fact that you don’t know what happened to the ppl in the crowd. They could’ve passed away, maybe they got injured. You don’t know
those videos before everything happened was so innocent but it broke my heart into a million pieces.

My son is the stagehand, Mike Greenfield and relieves this horrific event every day. Me, being his mother, just can't believe that he witnessed this carnage. My heart goes out to all affected by this despicable act.

I saw Jason Aldean n concert October 28th for my bday & he was talking about what happened & still shaking up by it; so sad for all those innocent people just out trying have a good time! What has this world come too??

how come SWAT didn't get a sniper to look at those windows on the 32nd floor, through a scope? A SWAT sniper could've taken out the shooter a bit faster, instead of waiting for an hour long breach.
It took about 13 minutes not an hour, and it would be hard because he could be moving around.

most importantly, they did not know where the shooting was coming from until when police started walking on the floor the shooter was on, so they couldn't have risked shooting in a random window.
first of all they didn't know it was going to happen so they weren't looking at the building and when the shooting happened some cops even said that they didn't know that this was going to happen and I know people that were there and they even said they ran all the way to the airport down by the strip it was scary
In the original police radio dispatch there are reports of shooters at the Paris and the New York Hotels in Vegas. Also people injured. One injured person locked himself in the bathroom at the NY, power was cut at the NY and the witness disappeared. This is all documented. The dispatch is probably still on CZcams, that's where it has been, listen for yourselves. Another thing, all these videos of people getting shot at the concert, WHO is taking this video? HOW does this one person seem to know exactly who is going to be shot and when so they turn the camera towards them. Within seconds....It's the same video. In the background you hear the guy saying "Shots fired at the concert" " One person down" And why in the hell did the lights get turned ON when the shooter was shooting directly into the crowd? That is against protocol. Then when they are triage the damn lights are cut off. Listen I'm a retired Special Forces Officer, I know what shooting 3500 rounds from AF would do to a man and an enclosed space. Where evidence would be...this whole thing has stunk since day one and it smells like shit cover up today. OH does anyone remember when the shooting was live? At 11:30 ETD a Live News update came on and said they had IDed the shooter and his name was something Asian gave the letters of the license plate, a white mitsubishi and also looking for a white panel truck and gave a partial plate #. I was in Puerto Rico helping w/ the criminal element after Hurricane Maria, tried to get word through to the media and others about where the hell did all this info go and I got nothing. I say arms deal. But that's just one retired undercover highly ranked person's opinion.

I used to work at a country station. Someone from our sister station was here. His battery pack died, so he went to his hotel to get new batteries. Five minutes later, the shooting started.

Im blessed that we left after the second performance but it still haunts me by thinking... what if we didnt? :,/ Would have i lost my momma or would we have been shot keeping the scars that will scar us forever. I'm sorry but did you see any video of helicopters? No? Dont believe everything you hear, lots of people who didnt see and in the panic will assume things and make things up. I watched a lady lie to everyone after our building was evacuated at gun point because someone living there k*lled and chopped up his gf and hid her body (which he set on f*re) down the road. We each had to talk to investigators, we were surrounded. They couldn't tell us anything, only ask questions, because things were still being investigated. We didnt know any details yet this lady felt the need to lie and say an investigator told her that she was st*bbed and h*ng and all this other bs, when the reality was so much worse. She did it to stir panic and to get attention because we were all scared. If theres no proof, dont believe them

Was in town for G2e at Tuscany Sunday night 10/1 at about 10:05 heard rapid automatic gunfire that sounded like either an M16, AR or a Jackhammer 3miles away. ONE SHOOTER!
I still question it was a lone gunman.............THERE WERE MANY MANY SHOTS HEARD AFTER THE SHOOTER WAS KILLED ON OFFICERS BODY CAM.
Paddock was undercover CI who worked for the government, one Google search can confirm he had multiple contracts with the CIA and the federal government. What happen that day, was an embarrassment to national security as this massacre resulted in a sting operation gone wrong. Paddock was supposed to meat with some people with connection to isis, whatever happen in that room resulted in paddock getting killed by those isis members and then those isis members break open the window and started firing upon the crowd with weapons paddock brought in. The FBI failed so hard to prevent this shooting. They eventually breached and killed the isis members inside... to cover up this incident they placed the blame on paddock and eliminated any evidence of his connection to the cia which is why they broke into his home after the shooting. They also framed his brother for CP possession when he started raising questions about the shooting on national tv... this explains why isis claimed responsibility because their members carried out the attack not paddock

Whether it is a huge fire (Station Nightclub) or a huge shooting (this event), always be aware of your exits and look around to get a solid mental picture of where you are and what is currently surrounding you. I know it sounds silly, but taking a minute to mentally focus on all available exits and also what your current surroundings are like may someday save your life.
My friend from highschool and her boyfriend were there and they both swear that the shots were coming from multiple directions. He threw himself over her and protected her from gunfire. Luckily they made it out unharmed but they were traumatized from what they saw.
May the Lord help us, because it’s just getting worse, Lord protect my family and friends, and give strength and courage and peace to those who have met/encounter this evil people, amen 🙏🏼

My biggest fear is going to EDC a festival I go to every year and this happening.. a lot of people there are on stimulants and hallucinogens and that would be such a traumatic experience.. (not like it wouldn’t be not on drugs but still.. huge fear of mine) no one should fear going out to have a good time.
I live in Vegas and I go to edc every year. Going to edc the year after this shooting had my anxiety through the roof. Thank goodness there are no tall buildings or hotels around the speedway though

My math teacher’s bestfriend was hurt in this shooting and she had already missed 2 days of school so we were starting to get worried then she came back on October 4th and said that her bestfriend was hurt in the shooting that’s why she wasn’t there and she showed us the news segment that her bestfriend was on and it was so sad like she was trying to tell us to enjoy life be happy with what you have because it could all be gone in a second just like her bestfriend almost died and she told us to fight for what we believe in and if you witness something suspicious report it you could be saving lives.
