Dry Hop - I forgot... recommend trying 4 day dry hop for some sweet bio transformation.
Other:
5 min - 1 tab of Irish Moss / Whirlfloc

Thiol Libre (or US-05 for a great beer as well)
Have a good read of the Thiol Libre web page from Escarpment for the latest techniques to release those sweet Thiols!
Ferment
2 weeks ~19C
OG: 1.047
FG: 1.008
ABV: 5.1%
*Recommended Fixes:
Hops: Try out more mash hops with about 5 g/litre of Cascade. Be careful not to use a 'spicy' hop as that flavour will persist throughout the brew.

Thats the rustiest propane tank on youtube! Keep on Keeping ON! Love the videos!
Yep, not sure what happened to that tank, but it still has a few years before replacing or testing. Cheers!
"Harness my inner Grandma" lmao. Splatches are awesome and its cool to see how this thiol yeast works!
I really want to try it again and do the hazy, hopefully better results! Cheers!
@@PartyTimeBrewing I wouldn't be surprised if that shows a more marked difference! Cheers man!
You're one of a kind, man. Always manage to make me feel more smarter as well as entertained.
I accidently sneak some useful information in there sometimes. Cheers!
experimentation is always a great thing.....truly you are a scientist more than an airline pilot.
Truer words have never been said! Cheers!
Party time with the splatch win! Cheers buddy
All that splatchy goodness! Cheers!
Top work. I have been wondering what a direct comparison would be like between these. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, I do want to try the Thiol Libre again with lower temps and see if I can get rid of the phenolics and get some more tropical aromas. Cheers!
If you can drink a beer, you can brew a beer.

Good ol' Splatches!
Of course Splatches could only be Irish.
Dang Party Time
Dang is right! Cheers!
Good timing on this video for me. Just picked up a pack of thiol libre. Didn’t realize it can throw off those phenols. Planning a hazy pale ale. Nice job on this video!!
Glad I could help, I picked up another pack of the Thiol Libre and I'm going to try to do it right next time with a Hazy. I was thinking about adjusting this batch, but I think a hoppy hazy is where this one will shine (as long as I can avoid the phenols...) Cheers!
Awesome video! Ordered some phantasm and Helio Gazer (Omega Yeast Labs) to brew this weekend... wish us luck!!!!
Nice! I just finished a brew with phantasm and hopefully will be out in a week or so. Cheers!
🙌
🍻
Every batch needs to be a splatch now so we can see you double fisting. I wish Escarpment shipped to the US, they have so many different blends (Saison) I'd love to try. Great video as always James!
It's always great to down two beer before noon on a Saturday! Cheers Gnome!
Interesting that the Thiol Libre came out with a witbier type flavor. I have heard philly sour can do that as well. I'll have to keep a look out for a thiol releasing yeast coming out on the European market. If it is new over there should only take a few years to get here! Cheers man great bag squeeze.
I'm definitely interested in trying some more of these. Cheers!
Great that you keep the misaps in the videos, makes me less self-conscious about forgetting hops entirely in my latest one
Nice! Was it drinkable, or did you manage to fix it with some dry hops or late additions?
@@PartyTimeBrewing I let it ride..now I get the importance of bitterness!
Love that bag squeezer idea! You need to sell that on the merch store painted Partytime Pink, I'd buy!
You sir are a genius! Cheers!
Wait! Did you just behind the back 2-hop that basketball into that regulation height net?
No problem for this guy, I owned a few pairs of Jordans in the 90s.
INNER GRANDMOTHER TRIPLE GRANDFATHER IMPERIAL IPA
The ultimate beer! Cheers!
"that was really nice" lol
Cheers Jake!
