    Thanks for making this video series! We are starting to hear about the thiol things here in Brazil, however the supplies (proper yeast or phantasm) haven't got here yet. Keep going, your videos are amazing, best regards!

    Great video! I wonder if the quantity at mash hoping is enough. I read experiment on Omega Cosmic Punch that max mash hopping at 10g/L. Maybe Escarpement Labs yeast require less hop for thiols releasing. I plan to use 4 oz/5 gallon.

    From what I’ve read phantasm biotransforms to give fruity qualities, are you sure you used a good yeast to transform it? Would of been cool to see a thiol libre and phantasm beer though they will probably feed into each other

      According to escarpment that is the yeast to be uses with phantasum, I'm going to do more experiments with phantasum, thanks for watching
