Really amazing! I was kind off mad with you, as I didn't allow myself to buy any more DAC paintings for the next few months, but then you sneak peaked that amazing Dragon on a cliff, and I had to have it!!! I needed it in my life. So please Katie, give me ( and my creditcard) a break!!!

I love watching your month in review videos!🥰 August was busy, but in the best way. I completed a couple diamond paintings in august and I’m glad to kickoff September fresh for Drills and Chills & festival of witches ☺️
Hi Katie! Thank you for sharing your finished plus your WIPS. The one from Jade’s shop is breathtaking. I also love your cross-stitch conversion!! For some reason I haven’t gotten that “ feeling” I be always gotten with the season changes this year. I’m hoping that this fall event along with Emeralds and Fairy Lights will spark some kind of feeling in me!!
BTW. In one of your previous videos you had mention the differences in the ways people learn. It stopped me in my tracks. I used to teach. I want to thank you for acknowledging that’s fact. Regardless of age, rarely does your learning strategy change. I hope you have a wonderful holiday weekend!!
I am doing both Drills and Chills and Chuckalong for September.
They are sooo beautiful!! The Carousel…😮😮😮 and that fall one- I may have to get that one, too!😂 I’m working on Jack O’Lantern Time for drills chills, witches, and started Bluebirds for a chuckalong6!! I love your videos ❤️

I don’t! But it’s been highly requested, so I’ll try to do one soon. I use a (very) large artist portfolio from Amazon that holds up to about a 60x80cm canvas, and anything larger gets rolled up and put back in the box it came in.

Love looking at your completed canvases. I finished DAC Sneaky Cat, which is my biggest so far. I pushed to get it finished in the first couple of days of September so I could start The Season of the Witch for Drills&Chills and Festival of Witches.

Can you make a video on how you store you finished DP’s? I’m trying to figure out a way to store my larger diamond paintings once I complete them.
I will try to do that soon! I use a large artist portfolio from Amazon that holds up to about a 60x80cm canvas, and anything larger I just roll up and put back in the box they came in.
Wow! I’m not a fast diamond painter at all! I started a DAC mystery kit in mid July. It’s still a wip. I put it on hold to start DAC Scorpio for my daughter’s birthday in early November. They are both huge, so it’s taking some time and as I’ve already mentioned, I’m not a fast painter. Wish I could be as fast as you, but alas, I’m not.😒
Dragon’s are really not my style but I love Dragon Cliff. It sure is beautiful done!

Hi Katie, loved watching your August recap. As always, your work is beautiful. My August finishes were ‘Rounding up the dust bunnies’ by Randal Spangler from DAC and ‘The Eleventh’ by Mandie Manzano also from DAC. I had one WIP going into September which was ‘Enchanted Evening’ by Randal Spangler which I can only do in short bursts as the gapping drives me crazy. I started ‘The Moon Thief’ on the 1st of September and I am excited to join you and our wonderful community for Drills and Chills 2022. Have a good month and thank you for all your hard work arranging and hosting this event x

Hey what do you do when your canvas isn’t stick enough to adhere the drills no matter what I use wax mud putty glue dots etc
Hi. Get some Aleene’s Tack-It Over and Over. There is also a glue pencil Joan Diamond Paints recommends called Sakura Quickie Glue for small spots.There is a lady on You Tube that shows how to apply the Aleene’s over large areas. I hope this helps. Barbara
I’ve heard try using baby wipes, let it dry. It’s supposed to restore the stickiness.
In addition to the suggestions here, I’ve had good luck with using Dotz Stick (a product made by Diamond Dotz) to put down a new layer of basically poured glue.
