This is a selection of original works, as well as arrangements for bassoon, based on classical and folkloric Latin American (Colombian, Venezuelan, Mexican, Brazilian and Guatemalan) music. Some of these pieces will be premiered in 2020, and others are adaptations made from popular music. They show the many faces of the bassoon, through the members of the Spanish-speaking network “Los Fagotistas.”
