Egg yolk egg white you can eat es much as you can
Egg yolk contains high cholesterol and overconsumption of it certainly increases cholesterol level which is bad for heart. But one egg a day does not harm. It is rather much beneficial because egg yolk contains many nutrients( specially vitamin D) and it is one of the healthiest food on earth, Egg white provides low cost high quality proteins. So it is always very good for health. Now nothing is good for overconsumption. If you do moderate exercise, I think, you can consume 10/12 egg white replacing other proteins without worrying. Few important points though...egg white depletes biotin ( otherwise called vitamin H or vitamin B7). So if you are taking more than 2/3 egg white you must take biotin supplement or food containing biotin. Interestingly, egg yolk contains biotin. So, in that case you can take at least one egg yolk. Overconsumption of egg white without right amount of exercise might give rise to triglycerides level. This is just for information. Always consult with nutritionist and doctor before changing any diet...Thanks

Could you share source/ reference of the research paper? Almonds don't have cholestrol ao it should not be impacted but it has triglycerides in big quantity due to oil content so ot should increase it. Please share your reference else it would be another video from WhatsApp University.

Sir I am diabetic and heart patient my cholesterol is 113 HDL 32 triglyceride 210 ldl 51 HbA1c 6.9 what's the recommendation for me?
1.Vitamin D3+ K2 is a must to protect your heart. Take ample sunlight. Look for arjun bark- very helpful to reduce cholesterol.
2.Walk 4-5 kilometres on a daily basis.
3.Completely stop sugar and refined vegetable oil like safola, sunflower oil etc. They are the worst enemies of your heart.
4. Have a protein rich diet which includes chole, rajma, paneer, chicken breast. Eat a lot of green vegetables.
5. Sleep for 7 hours daily.
6. Since you have a high cholesterol level, you should take calcification test of your heart to know what is your calcium score.

All nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashew) including peanut (though technically not a nut) contain zero cholesterol. So consumption of nuts does not have impact on LDL(bad cholesterol). However, since nuts contains 20%(almonds) to 40%(cashew) saturated fat, overconsumption of them may have impact on triglycerides level of blood as they get stored as extra energy in lever and released uncontrollably to blood. Triglycerides also causes artery blockage like LDL. All nuts contains plentiful of nutrients. So, consumption of moderate amount of them(4 to 5 each day) is quite beneficials to heath. Almonds looks like a little better among nuts in terms of saturated fats. But we need to careful about the skin of almond. This skin contains a substance that inhibits absorption of nutrients. So, it is better to peel off the skin before consumption. To talk about good cholesterol it was well found fact from various researches that consumption of a particular fatty acid called Omega 3 increases HDL (good cholesterol that actually eliminates LDL from blood). Except walnut all nuts have very little amount of Omega 3 fatty acid than Omega 6 fatty acid. Omega 6 and Omega3 fatty acid use same metabolic channel. so they are kind of competitors in metabolism process. One restricts metabolism of other. It is advisable to increase the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 intake ( at least in a ratio of 20) since most of the food we take contains much more Omega 6 than Omega 3 (ratio is way more than 20). So we should take some food specially containing more Omega 3 like fish oil (Krill, Mackerels, Salmon, Sardines etc) for non-vegetarian and chia seed ,flaxseed for vegetarian to maintain a heathy ratio of 20. It is important to note that Omega 3 from animal source is more bio available than plant based Omega 3. There are three types of Omega 3 fatty acids out of which DHA is more effective, then EPA and then ALA. Plant based Omega 3 contains only ALA where animal based Omega 3 contains DHA and EPA...Thanks
