The stats you're missing is Ngannou's 83 inch reach, Ngannou's weight was again 272.6 pounds while Joshua's was his highest at 252 pounds. Also Francis's alias "The Predator" and his age 37.
And yeah he had as much Engine as Fury, he might be a top cardio machine in Boxing when we add in clinch work. Fury used clinching to abvse his opponents by putting their weight on them, Francis is way better at that than Fury if he desires to do it. And Francis controlled that ring vs Fury. As for cutting off the ring, you don't need that for AJ, cause Ruiz Jr has none of it.
As for Joshua's jab, the other guy is Ben Davidson and AJ always had an overrated amateur jab, it's useless on it's own and is mostly used just to set up the right straight from time to time. Ngannou showed vs Fury to have the best check left hook in HW boxing (just like he showed it in HW MMA), so AJ won't be able to jab much as a check hook is the biggest counter to the jab.
In and out footwork wise Joshua ain't got it, exactly. He's got somewhat slick footwork in the pocket, but he can't go in and out like Fury did, that's the entire reason he lost every round to Helenius till he managed to KO him in round 7. Joshua is basically the exact opposite of Fury, elite in the pocket, weak on the outside and has no inside game (clinching).
As for composure, you can't add composure as AJ's strength but not Ngannou's, cause Ngannou beats AJ in composure by levels, and everybody else for that matter. Watch his fight with Ciryl Gane, Francis had a grade 3 torn MCL, damaged ACL and damaged MPFL all in his right knee and that fight he showed the composure of a God. AJ meanwhile lacks composure proportional to how hard his opponent hits. Like many of Francis's other opponents we might see Joshua has no composure at all, swing for the fences early and get counter KOd/TKOd.
Basically the biggest difference between Fury and AJ is Fury is allergic to southpaws while AJ is allergic to orthodox power punchers. Fury's primary response is to move his head to be safe and then punch while AJ punches without moving his head to keep his power. Fury and AJ got a similar chin actually even though people make fun of AJ's chin, but when Fury gets hurt he goes on the defensive using every dirty trick and evasive move he can to recover while AJ is a deer lost in the headlights. Stylistically Francis has the potential to beat AJ everywhere and that's what seals it.
Oh also an important note is AJ style wise is a bully, he likes to control his opponents with his power and presence and then unload on them, but the less able he is to do so the less confident he is and the more he's on the defense too scared to engage.
Ngannou meanwhile is a sniper counter puncher for most of his career, he waits for you to go in so he can counter you on the way in. And even if you start fighting too scared he will adjust and create opponents on you, like Stipe found out in the rematch, like Fury found out at times. Francis will definitely go to AJ's body cause he seems to be a bit weak at taking body shots. AJ will not be able to have any success going to Francis's body cause Francis eats punches to the body for breakfast (literally at times), ate Gane's spinning kick to the body like it's nothing.
And the pressure is WAY MORE on Joshua to win than Francis. Francis is pretty damn ruthless here, he's deflecting all the pressure by constantly calling himself a "novice" and the like, even just saying he's planning to win instead of via KO. He's deflecting all the pressure on Joshua in this one and it's shown. AJ has never looked this weak in a press conference, he was weak in the Klitschko conference especially while calling Klitschko big bro, he was pretty nice in the Ruiz 1 conference and it just goes to show, Joshua's best performances were when he has spite in press conferences like vs Whyte, Wallin and some others, meanwhile when AJ respects his opponent too much pre fight, he carries it into the fight and Francis is levels above those other guys.
And there is way more, but mentioned that you can write a book about it... Would wish you luck, but I got a main on Francis via KO and safety bets Francis via decision and AJ via decision so can't wish you luck. If AJ by some miracle stops Francis it would be the biggest upset in Boxing history in my eyes.

Not a very good corner. Should have drilled in Francis head to never go southpaw. Hell AJ had almost a whole year of training camps for southpaws. Plus when they seen AJ bit for the left hook and ducked low in the 1st. The corner for the 2nd should have told Francis to faint the left hook to set up the straight right or right uppercut.
I thought Fracis would do more, but between his corner and as soon as he went southpaw I knew he was screwed.
