- Well, Happy 4th of July. It's raining, hard. At least I know the kids won't be coming into the hospital today blowing up their hands from the fireworks. I'm good to go. Much, much less cases and trauma tonight. Praise the Lord!

I get the 99C iced coffee each and every day from MCD. Pro tip is get the regular iced coffee no flavor. Buy a bottle of cinnamon and sprinkle some in. Delicious - it is like premium coffee with that cinnamon takes it up a few levels. But yeah MCD iced coffee for a dollar is about the only remaining good thing left in our world.

I’m retired worked a total on 47 years. I joined my job. They offered me a servants and retirement with benefits and a pension. I can’t say enough about how good retirement is especially when I don’t have to worry about money. Living the retirement dream in San Diego, California

Life sucks unless you get extremely lucky or you make great decisions that put you in the position of being a high income earner (i.e. doctor or lawyer.) Life sucks and it always has. We're in an economic downturn and in an inflation crisis from bad government. However, it's easier now to independently make money than it ever has been if you have drive and put in a shitload of effort. All these people making 6 figures for doing nothing in tech was an anomaly - not normal.

Lol one of the benefits of having never been particularly attractive is that I dont have to worry about ever losing it. You be totally sleeping on the benefits of grandma mode. I think ive been a grandma since i was a teenager. The matrix had me looking forward to getting to 30 for a long time with a breif period where the "hitting the wall" idea was put in my mind. I know you personally value beauty of a certain type from some of your other videos so i can see where you might get upset about women going grandma mode and refrigerator bodies.
Edit: this wasnt even really what the video was about. It was the first shit that popped up in my head. As for the highs and lows I am made to just wait them out.
