are you people slow? there are 100 different types of lawyers; corporate lawyer, real estate lawyer; class actions; traffic; environmental law; civil rights law, and the list goes on. Public defenders are the lowest paid and most lawyers are not public defenders... Public defenders literally are the best kind of attorneys personality wise, and because they accept much lower pay to protect people's constitutional rights by ensuring that they have access to counsel! This is literally a constitutional right, otherwise, poor people would not have counsel. Furthermore, most poor people they represent don't commit these types of crimes. They represent people for example who had their constitutional rights violated by law enforcement due to being illegally stopped, searched, and not being read their miranda rights. It amazes me how many people don't understand the work public defenders do and that there are many different types of law!

It means the DA office has to start all over. That also doesn’t mean she gets bail. They’re just making sure due process is followed. Doesn’t mean the judge will accept his assessment. He knows she’ll be in jail for a good deal of the rest of her life, his job is to try to get them a lil less time and maybe less severe terms. Like where she’ll be housed and if she is eligible for parole in the future. If he doesn’t do his job properly, he can actually lose his license. In our system we ALL have the right of representation even if we’re a serial killer.

I went to law school. Everyone is entitled to a defense. It is the job of the prosecution to PROVE their case. Without a proper defense, her constitutional rights will be violated and the case will be thrown out for sure. So it is important to follow ALL procedures to ensure a conviction and a conviction that won’t be overturned later on appeal.
The prosecution should still have brought some eye witness testimony, the defense was saying there were no witnesses on his list? Are they depending on the video alone? If she gets off, it’ll be the prosecutors fault.

The survey surveillance camera’s caught her ,so yes then her friend and the friend’s 10yr old were in that car with her . That camera even caught her getting back in her car and leaving friend telling them she took them home which was 5,10 minutes away,. She went in the house and then left ,showing back up to Church’s , seeing the woman who was outside ,and I am sure that surveillance camera caught that also . In no way can she, her lawyer spin this , her trying to say this woman threatened her some kind of way ,as why would she return if she feared this woman. Why would she also in doing this leave then come back and do this knowing her friend and friend’s son was in that car knowing too she dropped them off and left. I am just glad her friend told authorities this, made the call the next day after seeing her picture all over the news .

Public defenders are the lowest paid and most lawyers are not public defenders... Public defenders literally are the best kind of attorneys personality wise, and because they accept much lower pay to protect people's constitutional rights by ensuring that they have access to counsel! This is literally a constitutional right, otherwise, poor people would not have counsel. Furthermore, most poor people they represent don't commit these types of crimes. They represent people for example who had their constitutional rights violated by law enforcement due to being illegally stopped, searched, and not being read their miranda rights. I went to law school. Everyone is entitled to a defense. It is the job of the prosecution to PROVE their case. Without a proper defense, her constitutional rights will be violated and the case will be thrown out for sure. So it is important to follow ALL procedures to ensure a conviction and a conviction that won’t be overturned later on appeal.
So we should assume everyone is guilty and defense attorneys are trash because they defend their client? Got it.

The prosecution should still have brought some eye witness testimony, the defense was saying there were no witnesses on his list? Are they depending on the video alone? If she gets off, it’ll be the prosecutors fault.

Someone said she threatened to pow this woman so they must of heard this , and when the friend saw her face all over the news the next day wanted for unaliving this woman she called the authorities.

The survey surveillance camera’s caught her ,so yes then her friend and the friend’s 10yr old were in that car with her . That camera even caught her getting back in her car and leaving friend telling them she took them home which was 5,10 minutes away,. She went in the house and then left ,showing back up to Church’s , seeing the woman who was outside ,and I am sure that surveillance camera caught that also . In no way can she, her lawyer spin this , her trying to say this woman threatened her some kind of way ,as why would she return if she feared this woman. Why would she also in doing this leave then come back and do this knowing her friend and friend’s son was in that car knowing too she dropped them off and left. I am just glad her friend told authorities this, made the call the next day after seeing her picture all over the news .
