When the temp ban was lifted I posted a new thread on the same subject and was temp banned for "spamming". I got a threat to make the ban permanent when I messaged an admin and asked how I was suppose to discuss the subject if all threads would lead to a ban. Every time I posted evidence of small historical inaccuracies (Provence being a part of the HRE in 1444, Germany having aircraft carriers researched prior to 1936, and a bug relating to monarch skill generation) my posts were ignored by the devs. They fixed the bug when they discovered it a year later but the two historical inaccuracies were never addressed beyond telling me to make a mod.

FAAAAAAAAAAAK..... As a Flemish guy i HATE that they put us together with the Dutchies. It makes sense since our dialect/culture deviation would only really evolve later on, BUT we do have it in EU4 ? I would LOVE to make the world Flemish. If they do it with events later on then sure (or some DLC), but that would make me even more worried since that culture stuff in ck3 can be a real mess sometimes unless they find another solution.

As someone who always goes religious despite knowing humanist is better I hope they dont take that further in eu5. Why take 30 years vs 1 in eu4 to convert paris when you can just click tolerate and never worry about religion again

I'm little bit worried that it is going to be another cash grab just like VIC2 and CS2 and the actual game will be playable after 3 years and 200$ worth of DLCs. Paradox including christian religions like Bogomilism or Lollardism that were basically sects without much importance or shiting a ton of random microstates seems like hype boosting

no need to reinvent the wheel, just take all eu4 has now,put it on new graphics, and set all leaders in any country to be animated like ck3 and thats it

Why would you play the same game againz that's not guaranteed success. The game needs nee mechanics amd ways to play it of you want to spend another thousand of hours in it

To be honest... A lot of EUV mechanics so far seem focused on some abstract idea of realism. And much of what attracts me to EUIV is just fun map painting. I would much rather see a good map painter built in a modern engine that can properly make use of my hardware than whatever this is turning into.

@@ZlewikkTV because they have too grand ideas and don't flesh out the core gameplay or compatibility, we've seen this in every single new release from paradox for so many years now, tbh I don't know how you could expect anything different.

@@ZlewikkTVPersonally if EU5 doesn’t add leader portraits I will stick to EU4 until a major sell with many dlc releases.
