I always look forward to your information bomb videos! This was no exception. I was interested to learn that pistachios contain both lutien and zeanthenine which is potentiated by their fat content. I also didn't know that nuts other than pistachio contained the precursors of melatonin! Plus all the great photos and info on cultivars was exceptional. Well done and thx for another great video!🌱

Its no wonder that when I start eating pistachios - I can't stop until fully gorged. Totally healthy snack food with all trace minerals, vitamins, acids, fibers, ... and one wonders what other hidden animos and enzymes are therein.

I have to be careful with pistachios! I love them & can eat a fortune of them in a jiffy! They are NOT cheap! But they are one of my favorite snacks!! I go thru at least a lb a week!! I'm probably addicted!! 🤭
Why do these peas only have one pea per shell? And you can't eat the shells at all, not like snow peas, you try chewing on them and it just hurts.

And they are one of the best nuts with fewer oxalates (49mg), that cause kidney stones. Sorry pistachio, macadamia has you beat here (43mg). Almonds has the most oxalates “469mg”!
