I switched from cigarettes to snus and from snus to these (i still have to admit i smoke cig sometimes because it is social habit) and i still like these more than other nic products.
I've been using snüs for the past 4 years and yeah, I'm still addicted to nicotine but it helped me quit smoking. Since then, I've noticed a very big increase in my sport performance and I stopped feeling this burning sensation in my chest. It's still and addiction but definitely better than smoking an pack of Marlboros per day
It's basically the same, only difference in norway is that the producers need to add tobacco to the blend because selling it without it is illegal, to avoid the problem mentioned in the video. Many people order from sweden to get it without tobacco.

Every country has their policies and laws. Snus is made in sweden and can be sold there aswell, but if you go 200km to east (finland) there you cannot buy or sell it, but you can use it but cannot have more than what would be considered to be ”own use”
