I love your tutorials but I'm stuck on the corners. I have it so that two diagonal corners are solved and the other two are in the correct places but unsolved... What is the algorithm here, R'D'RD or do I still need to do URU'L'UR'U'LU until the adjacent corners are solved?

It sounds weird but makes it easy to follow along with
i do it at .25 for when he makes fast turns
I literally took notes of how he went on the patterns so that makes me remember and not mess up. Thank you so much i solved my cube!

For everyone who's complaining about messing up their cube: I had the same problem, until I found out that you have to turn the upperlayer when you have only one corner left to solve. You can see it in the tutoral at 6:40. He doesn't explain the move, so it's easy to forget, but necessary to solve your cube.
It worked for me, I hope it works for you guys as well!

It's funny to see how many people who are into magic are into cubing as well. Something I discovered a while ago. But it's pretty true
Yeah, that's how I am. I started out in magic, then lost interest. A few months later I picked up cubing. Then a few months ago, I got back into magic. Now on 3x3 I average 24-28 seconds, with a 17 second PB. (I'm also a gamer.)

Yo when you do tutorials, you have to let the viewer see clearly. Ur doing it way to fast man. Not trying to hate but slow down
i think what people gotta realize is that in the end he does the algorithm and 2 corners are fixed.. after that he put just the ones need fixing and starts the classical algorithm multiple times until yellow goes on top and its fixed itself.. after that, he simply does a U' rotation to bring the other corner that needs fixing to the right corner on the top.. why does he do that? well simply because thats the corner that fixes it.. This sort of algorithm sort of fixes itself like magic.. Remember to follow it correctly guys. What i did was , i learned what U and R and U' and R' and L and L' etc means and i just pause the video and do it myself.. Also, if you find the video extremely fast just press settings then speed and then press 0.25x . I've just solved the rubik's cube and I would like to thank @Disturb Reality. Your videos are extremely clear and useful for me. Sometimes, you just have to let it sink in and then you will understand it.. Patience guys..

My last two corners did not want to get solved even with the correct algorithm
it means that they were broken off and put in backwards. u have to take the pieces out and put them in correct place

Been a long day since I learnt to solve 2 blocks but didn't take a chance to solve the 3rd. Now decided to complete the cube by just getting solved the 3rd layer. Surfed the video n this is the second one I'm landed at with which I've learnt the complete technique on solving the 3rd block of cube(first video clip is good but does not dealt with all scenarios). Here, this gentleman, explained all sort of occurrence to complete final block of cube. Have practiced again n again so to bring the formula from my mind to my hands much faster.

you gotta slow it down and do it at the same time as him cuz he does a U' somewhere in it you gotta look out for that

This really helped. The only problem that I encountered a lot was with the edges I couldn't get the right piece to appear but I eventually solved the whole thing

Your step from 4:20 to 5:30 DOES NOT WORK in all cases, and is therefore incorrect. Your cube just so happened to be configured such that you lucked your way into making progress. I've completed the algorithm for that step 20 times in a row and although it preserves the "cross", and it may put some other corners in the proper place, IT DOES NOT FLIP THEM to be yellow side up! Thumbs down and on to the next WRONG video!
No wonder, I have been trying to solve the cube that's what I needed to do be uses my corners weren't in the correct side, I used his method and it only got worse
+Daniel Fernandez Check out the vid by TheSergesB. He explains it far better and no matter how your 3rd layer is configured, he talks you through it clearly.

Awesome, thanks! The last algorithm took me a minute, the "magic" step. I think its bc you forgot to mention to keep your cube positioned the same, rotating the up side to move the yellow corner you need to fix to the bottom right, then do the r' d' r d algorithm.

+Torgo yeah like others said if you cant tell the difference you probably have some form of color blindness
+xVx Naratis They just *look like* the same colour, you don't have to be colour blind to observe that fact.
I even took a screen shot of the frame: the "yellow" is this RBG colour: (205, 175, 51). The orange is this colour: (249, 185, 51). That's an average of about 7% value difference, which means (according to Photoshop) the colours are extremely close.
For comparison, there's a 42% value difference between the red and the green.
I think it's due to the filters he's using on the video. See how yellowy his hands look, looks like jaundice. If he didn't alter the values in post-processing then we wouldn't have this issue.
I need help when i do exactly as you do in the vid i end up with one corner messed up! I can just phyly rotate the corner but i want to know what i did wrong.

Isha Patel it's just it's hard to turn it and you are forcing the CUBE to turn next spend the time to actually put Vaseline into your CUBE it takes patients

what do u do if while ur doing the algorithm to solve the corners, all of the corners (or 3 of the corners) go in the right spot, but just need to be fixed? do u keep doing the algorithm? or do u do the R’ D’ R D?

I know how to solve it but i have a problem you know how u do it in a bit of a different way if u have an inverted L and if u have a line on the yellow side to get the yellow cross so if u have both wich method do u use,like if theres an inverted L and a line so what do you do cuz i can solve others rubiks cubes but not mine cuz that happens so pls help thx

Mine looks just like 6:15 but the 2 yellow pieces out of place are facing out instead facing towards me, how do I fix that cus the R’D’RD doesn’t do anything because the 2 yellow pieces aren’t facing me like they are in your video
